I had eyelashes done and waxing. Both were brilliant. Waxing was quick and as painless as can be. I asked for cat eye shape eyelashes and she listened and done what I asked. Parking is easy too. Very happy client.

Second day, when classic manicure should’ve dried out well… and that’s what happened. Tried so many different nail polish brands and so many salons before, and never have I ever experienced the nail polish becoming like that! I don’t know should I blame your quality of nail polish or the woman who made my nails, layering and layering without having the apportiate knowledge about how to properly apply… the nail polish wasn’t even put well, and I didn’t comment, but for this to happen the second day! How is this even logical! No comment worst experience and service ever!!!!!!!

My mom and i both got our hair trimmed. really really terrible job. i asked for a trim to remove split ends and she cut 8-12cm of my hair. maybe more. i wish i was kidding but unfortunately i now hate the way my hair looks. i asked for subtle layers and she cut very harsh layers and now my hair looks like its thinning while before my hair looked very healthy and voluminous. she cut very harsh layers on my moms hair and my mom has already fine hair so it was not a style that suits her. she also didnt ask for layers so i have no idea why the hairstylist decided to do that. i really wish i could give less than 1 star.*update* they called to offer a complimentary service which is appreciated but i declined the offer. i thank them for their concern and attention. however, they asked for me to remove this negative review and in my opinion that is ingenuine and unprofessional.

I’m so upset with my French manicure.After that I need to go to other place and do it again.it is not neat, it is not aesthetic.I cant go out with the manicure like this .I loved going to this salon to get my hair cut because it is close to home.But after I explain that the manicure was bad, and the nail masters pretend that they don’t understand what I mean, I dont know what to say.

The salon itself is very dirty, I was there in the evening and it was not cleaned, nor sanitized, and slightly cluttered with stuff. Honestly the worst eyelash extensions I ever got done. Its supposed to be 3D/Russian Volume but theyre super thin. Next to the poor quality of materials, they started to fall out in big clumps, all lashes are stuck together and they have not been individually placed, just in big clumps. However, the gelish mani/pedi by Jocelyn is amazing! She seems like the only one who does a good job there.

I would not recommend this place. Although the staff is very welcoming and I would like to appreciate their efforts. My manicure started cracking within an hour of leaving the salon I went back the next day and the same thing happened which can only explain the poor quality of nail polish. Management seems to have an ineffective coordination system with the staff at the salon and overbooking seems to be very common.

Budget location with no name products out of India. Facial was basic, extraction was a waste of time but the facial massage was very good! They should rename the service to facial massage.

I went to File and Style salon with a Groupon voucher for lash extensions. At first, I was very pleased with the fast service, but shortly after I realized all the lashes were put in a bunch instead of one by one. They were not glued correctly, and are hanging on my real lashes.. Within a week a whole bunch fell out with my real lashes too! My eyes even hurt.Ps. The ladies kept speaking their foreign language while they were doing my lashes, I asked them if everything was okay and they didn’t bother on telling me anything. Its was very rude.

Jonalyn has done my eyelashes extensions several times and she is amazing!!!! I have recommended her to many of my friends and they have all been satisfied. She takes her time and is very detail oriented, all that with a nice, pleasant and courteous attitude. I like a natural look and she listens and does the eyelashes exactly how I want them, always taking into consideration my feedback.

Do not get your hair cut there.1. The hairdresser barely speaks English which is a bit of a surprise in Dubai and made it hard to communicate with her.2. She didn’t cut the same length on both side and it’s very obvious, although i showed a picture of the length I wished to get she literally cut 5 centimeters extra. I had to go to another hairdresser as I Couldn’t trust her anymore.I am sure this salon is great for other services but definitely not for hair.

For the last few months, I have only been coming to this salon. It’s ever so clean, the girls are so efficient & very friendly, price is reasonable too. Although this salon is not in my neighbourhood, I am happy to drive that little further for a peace of mind.

Unfortunately, the studio overbooked and I had to wait over 1 hour to be seated. Despite being told I would get both my mani and pedi at the same time, this was not the case and I was at the salon for over 3 hours... Luckily, the final outcome was good and they had enough colours to choose from.

Visited this salon Nov. 20th 2020Had my Eye Lash Extension done here and I love it. Thank you Jonalyn for doing an amazing job. I will surely come back.However, my gelish mani and pedi were done very poorly. My previous visits was done very neatly but this specific lady (forgot to ask for her name) did not do it properly. There were lots of polish coming out on my skin. I asked the lady to clean it up and she said she cant and it will go away if I kept washing my hands 🙁 Honestly it looked like it was done by a 12 year old. I could have done better.Still giving it a 5 star cause Jonalyn did an amazing job and my last visits for mani pedi was done well. Ill just make sure not to have that lady touch my nails again.

Total time waste and unprofessional salon. They don’t value your time and keep taking appointments without finishing the earlier one. You will be waiting there for hours watching 3 sad staff performing their duties with utmost exhaustion. Even if you address them about the concern, they would give you stupid reason of ‘one staff ‘ allowed. And please make sure you ask them about the price of hair service before hand, according to your length,, otherwise you will be surprised in the end .! Most of their nail paints are dry..My first and definitely a last visit to this Salon.

This used to be my favorite salon.. but not anymore!!!They are taking too many appointments and if you are one of their clients they will start be rush doing your service and take care of the new customers.. I spent today around 4 hours to do May mani padi and my hair !!!! And they did not a good nail polish as it was sticky and they just need to finish and both of them left me to the new customer .. also they lady doing my hair start pulling my hair and she was very rude !!!!Also, she used the old brush for the customer before me doing Keratin and my hair curly and I lost my curls!!!! I asked her and she ignored but I smell it and that’s I found after I wash it.... they are terrible and u will never know what they will use on your hair!!I will never came back to this place ....
