The ladies were were so nice accommodating and sweet. They were also so helpful and thorough going over every detail.I was advised to get a tattoo removal which I did with both of Alina & Tatiana who had the most wonder magical touches. It’s a process and I’m willing to come back to it again and again. After 2 years of extensive research about BROWZ and their therapists, I booked my first HD brows appointment with Bronagh. At the time I was growing out my brows after having over plucked and over threaded brows since I was 16. Bronagh is such a sweet soul and really is a therapist in more ways than just with brows. She suggested the best approach for reshaping and the road to regrowth and what would work best with my features as well as what would work in the long run as my brows grew in. 4 months down the line and she’s still the only person I let touch my brows. The results are long lasting and you walk out of Bronagh’s chair feeling a millions times more confident than you did when you walked in. Thank you for being AMAZING. Photos show more than words. This is one week process. It’s extremely disappointing experience. The shape is not even and shades not even. Nothing like what they show on their website.Any salon cost AED 1000 - 2000 can do a similar or much better job than here.And it’s not about money. It is semi permanent procedure which means it will sit on your face for a long period time.They keep saying after retouch it will be good.I don’t know how different shape will change to be even shape after 4 weeks.Will see and keep updating.

I visited Browz couple days ago for my eyebrows. Before making the appointment i called to get the prices and I was told 100 to 150 when i got there i asked for upper lip threading as well however upon checking out it became 210 i dnt know why. Was it worth 210? definitely not. Because the technician which i dnt want to mention names was super nervous. When i got in she did a small consultation i told her what I like and what i want however she was super nervous and become even more rushed because her next appointment came in and they gave her eye hint to hurry up and thats when I noticed she was really rushing to get me out of there. I had to come home and recut and and re thread my own eyebrows myself. I think if she didn’t get rushed maybe she would’ve delivered what i asked for. My advice to the salon is to give extra 5 to 10 minutes to new clients since the tech has to get to know them and its their first time working on them. Eyebrows are big part of humens face and messing them up is not nice. The only reason the place is getting two starts is because it was super clean and they had a refreshing water which i liked. Will i ever try them again? i dnt think so i dont want to pay 210 and come home redo them myself.

I did nanoblading at Browz and I couldn’t be more happy. Felt very safe, everyone was extremely polite and made me feel relaxed. They listened to what I would like to achieve and followed my instructions but at the same time gave me a professional opinion on what will suit me and what can be done.As for the ambience the place itself is beautiful with an amazing smell all around. It’s already a treat just to spend some time there.Highly recommend!

They clearly double book clients which is nwhy on my first two appointments they asked to reschedule me. Total disregard for customers time commitments. I have been visiting this place for almost 4 years now. The service is great and staff are friendly. But most importantly the quality of the services are impeccable . I did eyebrows microbladding and lip tenting and i am so happy with the results that are very natural. Staff is well trained they are more like artists. Also i regular do HD brows with Emma she is amazing and i always have the eyebrows i dream about. Services are a bit costly but truly worth it. Most important thing here is the quality.

I asked them for Ombre Brows service.Rosin did it perfectly.Service:They are very meticulous with the alignment, measurement, what shade of color they are going to use and how it will look so naturally with the client.Not to mention that the owner is very hands-on to check the client’s satisfaction.Plus, they do have a consultation service after 6 weeks.Mine’s really look so natural.Staff:Staff are very welcoming and always checks the clients for have queries or if they need anything etc.They do have healthy refreshments and snacks too.I am very thankful for the service.2 Thumbs up! Honestly I was so scared to get the microblading done, as most people are. I walked into the cutest store, and I was greeted by the sweetest staff, who immediately put me at ease. It was my first time to visit browz after seeing the Instagram page and was so excited to book. I called the call center they answered all my questions and were so confident. I booked in for Lash extensions and when I came for my appointment the reception team was so friendly and offered me a mango mocktail. The decor was beautiful and the scent was so refreshing, the place was so clean. Sienna was my therapist did a consultation first and informed me about all the different lashes they offer. I did natural volume and they looked so full and natural, I loved them and would recommend her always. The amount of experience with all the staff is unbelievable they are all great.

I had brow threading and tinting with Anette. She did such a fantastic job, I’m so pleased with the results! Please say a big thank you to her from me! I was reluctant to do the tint because of a bad previous experience years ago but Anette encouraged me to try again and I’m so glad I did! She really did an excellent job, very natural, exactly how I wanted, thank you!

I booked an appointment to get my eyebrows and a lip wax done. When I walked in, the receptionist told me the therapist assigned to me (sienna) is not trained to do a lip wax but she did the treatment regardless in a hurry and I ended up with cuts on my upper lip. When I reported this issue, the manager wasn’t helpful and said this was due to the hot and humid weather although the treatment was carried out in an air conditioned room. She offered to send me a cream which wasn’t sealed so I can’t use it. It’s also very unhygienic to send an unsealed cream to someone during this pandemic. I’m very disappointed with their services, they are not professional.

Everything about the place is amazing, staff are welcoming and super kind. I’ve done microblading and to be honest I didn’t get the result i was hoping for specially for the price i’ve paid. After the healing process it now looks like i’ve tinted my brows in a regular salon, putting in mind i was gonna leave with a more defined and fluffy looking brows. I still have to fill in my brows everyday to get the look i want. I’ve seen so many beautiful results from their salon but i guess it’s you and your luck.

Today I’ve tried the lash line treatment it’s a semi permanent eyeliner. I was actually scared at first but after trying it I didn’t feel any pain, you will feel a vibration only. The lash line treatment enhances a thin line that sits at the roots of your lashes and gives the illusion of a fuller lash which gave me an amazing beautiful results. I will highly recommend it for girls that don’t like to put makeup everyday trust me it makes a lot of deference and saves a lot of time and gives you a natural put together look. I did the lash liner with (Tatiana) I would like to thank her for the amazing job.
