I was looking for face cream, Clarins one of my favorite brands for skin care, so I went there. They have all kind of products, a lot of new positions. The consultant is very professional and passionate. I will definitely recommend this brand and especially this store.

Very good brand for cosmetics products, they have abig product line for skin care, hair care, body care, massage, bathes, whitening, anti-aging, anti wrinkles, blankness under eyes,... etc.And the workers in here are cooperative with the costumers.They have very nice products with reasonable price.

We were beautifully received and advised by Yen for my teenage daugthers and myself. We were given all the testers for their respective skin and my skin and we will convert to Clarins and come and have a facial with Yen. Wonderful experience.

I can join the reviews below. The Clarins shop was my go to place regarding make up, skin care, facial. I loved it. But unfortunately as they said before me the service quality became terrible. A couple of ladies are working there but only 2 understands from them what customer service means (one lady from Bhutan - she is very courteous, friendly and the same time professional. She knows all the products and helps you to find you the most appropriate ones. The other lady who is from Tunisia makes the best facials, also very professional and welcoming.) All the rest of the staff is unfriendly, just wants to sell and make you feel uncomfortable and therefore to leave. One ladys behavior in particular shocked me today. She was helping me to chose mascara. We went to the cashier together where I exchanged a few words with the Bhutani lady upon I saw her. Than the lady who helped me to chose the mascara (shes speaking arabic and little bit older) said to her colleauge (the Bhutani lady)Take your customer and she left us without a single word and started to talk to another colleague of her about what they will do in their free time. We were both shocked and embarrassed. But I felt more sorry for the Bhutani lady that she has work in such an environment. Definitely not go there again. (Sorry for the ladies and countries but I havent see them wearing a name badge.)

Best skin care brand so soft on the skin

Recently you can tell that Clarins has dramatically reduced in service quality. The employees were on their phones, wearing normal casual clothes (they used to wear a nice suit before), and too pushy. When employees are pushy, customers feel very uncomfortable so please stop. Clarins France would be very disappointed if they witnessed their shop at the Dubai Mall. Unprofessional and disappointing.

Pathetic customer service , got 15 mins late and informed them prior to time, still upon reaching the manager misbehaved and did not adjust and kept on saying sorry that my receptionist does not know the procedure and he can not adjust.Did not serve me , where as they themselves were on fault.

Best service, helpful staff. Highly recommended.
