Worst exchange policy:1: I was told the tag was missing then the same lady was complaining that the product has been used.2: I had brought a shirt from MOE store, after reaching home I realised the shirt was 1 size larger, a gentleman from Hollister staff at MOE helped me to find the smaller size at Dubai mall but to my surprise my request was rejected by the Dubai mall manager, my only crime was that the price tag was missing.3: the lady couldnt justify any of her statement, price tag missing, used product and what not.

Im a loyal customer for a couple of years now, I n particular like the jeans & t-shirts and how they fit, unfortunately what ruined my experience at the dubai mall Hollister was the rudeness of the sale reps. They kept me waiting at the cashier register until they finished there conversation, and I got yield at when I was given a change room for being confused about whos turn was it to get the room. Probably not gonna shop there again.

Continuing with the earlier feedback, the lady initially said the product has a cigarette smell.Well I dont remember when did I smoke last time.

Next to the waterfall, great clothing collection, fitting rooms has long waiting.

Good choice, friendly consultants. A girl consultant immediately came up, realizing that we communicate in Russian, and switched to him. Helped with the choice. Great stuff for a good price. Very pleased.

Mixed clothes and shoes store

Holister is a clothing store in Dubai Mall. The shopping center is super modern, huge, in front of it are the singing fountains which includes Burj Khalifa is 828 meters high, where you can go to the 125th floor (approx. 450 meters) for the entrance not very high. Ascent is possible until 5 pm. We bought a ticket at 10 am, but it wasnt until 11:30 am. The entrance is on the LG floor (basement). You can wake up as much as you want. You can also go to the 148th p. but it was already 4 times more expensive.

Bad service and no privacy for customers and workers, their rude and bad approach to Mardaf is better than to the Dubai Mall.

Just next to the waterfall, there is a huge wave of video on the exterior screen, and it’s still very cool. The price will be more expensive than North America. .

The mark is excellent and its price is reasonable I would recommend it
