The staff are pretty disinterested, I wanted something I spent lot of time explaining and they kept asking me to show me the item on the website my phone had an issue they did not offer to show me on there own phone or on the computer they have In store . I went to other shops and came back showed the product then they went searching inside the store , and they were like this no one buys so it’s not on display I mean are you serious? That’s how you guys talk to someone who wants to buy your stuff even though it’s super expensive? Customer service matters I walked out just due to the irritating attitude of the girls in store

Hello , I want to bring to the notice how I have been harassed unnecessary at Ousho Shop , Sahara Mall @ 8.10pm on Thur eveg , dated 31st Jan 2019, I am really shocked to meet a bias behavior from your store staff, Manager , I bought a sport leggings from MOE , & its was not comfortable so I asked for refund , I had my receipt, I called & check with your store in MOE , can I exchange in any other store near to my place she yes maam you can if you have receipt , I said yes I have , when I visited your store Sahara Mall, store manager is not ready to refund as per her its not a original receipt , I asked what do you mean by that , she said Madam you already exchange once I said yes becz of fitting I was not happy so exchange to this new sports legging to previous sports leggings with in 5 days, now again it faces same problem with my fitting hence I want refund becz I cant keep coming again again for same issue , she refused to refund , I asked why she said its our company policy , I asked why MOE, Dubai MAll , refund & you cant do it , than later I asked get me L size in black or any colour available becz I dont want to waste my money , but she couldnt do that as well , not at all helpful nor good at customer service being a Manager , very racist, talking to other fair skin, foreign customer happily , to be she not even ready to help , she wasted my 1 hr at last I have to buy pyajama in place of sports legging which is useless for me , bez I wanted sports leggings , for all my request she is asking me to visit MOE Oysho branch why she cant help me , I explained her this is most near to my place , she is saying me , I cant help you , you please visit MOE branch, this is how your staff specially Manager behave with customer so racist , I never ever experience this with your other branch in MOE or Dubai Mall , they are so polite & helpful, this Lady dont even have courtesy to help a customer or try to understand what is customer request just running away by saying one statement visit MOE store, what is this, its so unfair , Oysho is international brand , it so shame to have such behavior from your stuff, at last customer should come back that kind of a service should be provided by you but I am really not happy , I lost my money by buying pajama unnecessary, she cant even get me a bigger size of any sports legging available , how much customer should compromise , really very bad service , Please take this into consideration & make things easy for customer rather than unnecessary complication, Many Thanks
