It was such a pleasant visit the staff are so friendly and welcoming and the environment of the salon is really cool. The barber Hamza was dealing with me, he is such a talented guy and amazing stylist, he convinced me to cut my hair short and i really like it. The prices are reasonable and they provide different services like hamam and spa, i did have the chance to try them but i will definitely do on my next visit

I was attended by one barber, Yslam if Im not mistaken. A not so friendly barber, not focus and very roudy. Over-charged me for shaving using razor without even putting a shaving cream but still charged me full. Its my first time to avail their service, but I wont recommend. Paying a good price isnt an issue, but customers deserve their moneys worth. Very bad service and not recommendable.

Not good at all (read full review)First of all their service is not good ( haircut gone bad )2 - Staff drink coffee while doing haircut. They are in hurry I dont know why. I was the only customer at that time .3 - Everytime They charge me different for the same service I ask.4 - High prices compared to premium salons in shopping Malls.5 - they charge double the amount for the hair spray compared to market price. (Receipt picture attached in this review). You can check market price online.6 - They didnt put exact location on Google maps , its showing 20 km far from this salon.Overall I dont see any point for any one to try this salon.Even 1 star rating is too much for them . I want to give 0 rating for this salon.

If you have long hair then just turn and run away from here. I grew hair 8 months and it took just one cut here to make it look so ugly and unmanageable.

Never going back again, paid a lot of money for keratin treatment, but just after two weeks hair has become curly and dry like before 😭, siryano why you do like this 😔 Done keratin in other places before and hair was good for 6 to 7 months. But this saloon worst experience.

Always enjoy a visit to Reggie and Abdo. The guys do a great job in the mani pedi area of the salon and they really help to offload my stress at the end of the week. They make a great cup of tea and have comfortable seats. The salon has a nice energy and the barbers are always friendly and helpful.

I booked an appointment asking if they would accept the Emirates Platinum card, the guy at the phone confirmed it. I got the haircut and shave for 126AED with no discount. When I asked why was there no discount the guy said there were no discount with EK platinum at all. After that I checked in their website and the price for haircut and shave is 95AED no idea why I been overcharged.Not recommended at all.
