Very friendly staff, they know what they are doing. My husband got his hair done today and they pay great attention to detail. You get complimentary drinks and wifi. The haircut is very relaxing, they also do a nose wax, face steaming cloth and hair wash. Great service and great results!

Took my son to Hair Garage (Mercato Branch) for his very first professional haircut and it was a delightful experience! Yassine, the hair stylist was very welcoming and immediately made my son (who’s 3 and superactive!) feel comfortable enough not to move and wiggle too much during his haircut 😅 Yassine is so skillful and very kind, we had a blast and the result was a beautiful ‘big boy’ haircut - highly recommended.

Coming all the way from JVC and been told that I need to book an appointment before showing up. Which never happened before. Although they had no customers waiting and 4 staff were there doing nothing. Yet been told to wait for 45 min. Being their customer for 2 years has ended today.

I believe a barbershop experience should be centred around the customer’s desire of how he wants to look like when he leaves the barbershop. I felt that the barber just wanted to get done with the haircut ASAP. I was literally telling hinting to him regarding the basics of haircut without being rude to him but never listened and had no sense of measurement of hair before cutting. He was a nice guy and extremely friendly but they need to improve in technique. I never seen someone starting with trimming the hair with a blade technique before even fading and shortening the hair. I’m giving a 2 because of the hygiene and friendliness but for the technique used it was really bad. I wouldn’t recommend it because of value for money.

Needs improvements when it comes to facial treatments, its expensive and the staff is not trained well when it comes to facial cuz they basically put bunch of masks and thats it, however the barber shop it self looks really modern and clean and the staff seem to be friendly and quite nice.

Recently I took my little one to Hair Garage for a hair cut. I couldn’t believe that how he was enjoying his time while staff was cutting his hair as he is a boy who ends up crying everytime in barbers. Staff is extremely kind professional and friendly! I didn’t have to involve about how to cut the hair or anything as they knew very well how to do their job. Very beautiful interior and very clean. For those who wants to enjoy their time while ur little one is getting his hair done go for it! They even offer you amazing Turkish coffee or tea😊
