First visit was good; however, after a few days i noticed something wrong with how my hair looks so I went back to get it fixed, but the person who cut my hair wanted to take full price for work that would take him 10 min. Its okay, I simply will never and recommend you to never go there. 0 customer service.

I called the salon to ask for mohammed as he had good reviews online. Manny told me no problem u can come in 15minWhen i went, they said sorry somebody else booked appointment u cant get haircutIm litetally sitting there, in a chair, and they ask me to go back. 0 hospitality from manny as he did not even apologise for the same.I was going to be a first time and was hoping to be a long time customerI guess thats not the case anymore

The prices were not clearly on display, I was charged 345 AED for hair cut wax and facial when I returned and complained they eventually showed me a small booklet with the pricesI feel they do this because they like to extort money from their customers

Amazing Gents barbershop. Very classy, very tidy, and very clean. The barbers are professional and talented, a bit slow but surely give you a good haircut. The service is amazing! You cut your hair, shave your beard, and wash your hair all without stepping out of your chair. What I liked most is that all prices of all their services are listed on a single flyer which can let you to easily choose the service you want. The price might be slighlty higher than other barbershops but definitely worth the service they provide. Highly recommended.

The barber, the Moroccan guy.. from the first second he started to convince me to do extra things not only hair cut. Do the special oil we have you need it, he kept saying that for couple of times. Then he started to convince me to do natural mask also because I need it, and that he will do discount for it and I kept saying no thank you, and he is not welling to quit but I said it’s ok he just trying to bring more money for the business, and it’s ok even though it was very annoying. As I said everything was ok until now, he finished my hair cut, shaved with machine what ever I have in my face, he decided after that to wash my head and to do hairstyle for me, even though I didn’t like it, everything was ok.. Until!! I realized that he will let me pay 140 dirham! Why? What is your prices? He said 80 dirham for the hair cut and shaving, and the rest for the hair style.. what I do know? Really what I do? He just want me to pay more whatever the way is.. every time I go to a place the hairstyle it’s a package with the hair cut.. if not he should have told me and I decide if I want! But to make me pay 60 dirham extra for something I didn’t ask for and no one told me it’s something extra?!! So what is the solution here? I tried to talk with him he said he will make the amount 10 dirham less.. oh thank you so much.. he decided to lose me as a regular customer with his attitude.. he decided to keep and keep trying to bring any extra money than taking me as a regular customer in a long way relation with the shop with more and more money in the end.. he choose the fast way, the wrong way even though he asked about my leaving and about my life and he understood that I am saudi leave here in dubai and near from the shop. I thought of calling The Commercial Compliance and Consumer Protection Sector in Dubai. But in the end I choose only to give a rate here. It never was a about the money, it is more than that.
