I am really pleased that I found this shop. The staff are friendly and courteous, and provide an excellent service. There is an extensive menu of services that they provide. I initially went for a haircut but have tried their facials, manicures and pedicures too. All are very, very good. I now would not consider going anywhere else.Highly recommended.

First time used their service for Pedicure. Carlo was amazingly good. Highly recommended!!

Blunt scissors in use; barber came so close with the hot hair dryer that skin got burned and generally very rough handling during the whole process. I am not squeamish, but it borders on physical injury. If you consider going to this barber, take the next one. If I had the chance to give zero stars, I would do so. Needless to say that the result was unsatisfactory.

Nice salon with great location and decoration but the barbers r disastrous...i felt am dealing with some crooks from the street specially the guy called yazan...I believe the owner should consider some more professional barbers if he want to be able to target that elite and prestisions clientele of business bay and down town or else best of luck in surviving...
