First time at this branch and got a haircut from Zuhair. Undoubtedly the best haircut Ive received in Dubai in a decade. There were some specific challenges I had with my hair that he easily managed that most barbers have no clue what to do with.Dude knows what hes doing and is great at it.Got a express facial and eye treatment as well, which were extremely professional.Theres nothing like the feeling after a great haircut and this is the guy and place to get it from.Wrapped it up with a pedicure from Sharon, who did a wonderful job of explaining everything she was doing and suggestions on the best care routine. Very relaxing experience!

I have been going to Chaps & Co for almost two years, and Ian does a fantastic job cutting my hair. He’s very approachable, kind and patient, and he has good understanding of different hair types. It is hard to find someone who knows how to cut Asian hair, and it is even harder to find someone who is as good as Ian. Thank you very much, and I will for sure to visit Chaps & Co again when I come back to Dubai.

This might be an outdated review but it was shared immediately on spot but I can’t find posted ! Last December I booked pedicure & hair cut services . I done with pedicure then I was requested to wait for the haircut and I was setting there for 30-40 min and no one even come to say there will be delay ! They have a website with time slot for each service and it look amazing. On this day nothing was amazing! I want to pay for pedicure then the lady at the reception just notice I haven’t done the haircut and asked me to wait 🙂. I remember I received a call from the manager and promised for follow call but this is not happened yet since 8 months!

My barber was Ksenia. She was very professional and delivered an EXPERT cut, beard trim, and facial. It was relaxing and refreshing and I’ve not felt this good about my hair in months! I also had a WAY too short head and shoulder massage from Rinie - I’m so relaxed that I’m not sure it’s safe to drive home! I will definitely be booking with them both next time and highly recommend you ask for them on your next appointment!

Awful…the worst cut I’ve had off any barber in Dubai.I’m a regular at Chaps and they either have excellent barbers or absolute shocking ones!Went in for a head shave and a beard trim…the guy cut my head and his hands were trembling with every instrument he used!My head isn’t even clean I can feel stubble and I will have to shave it myself once I get home.So disappointed with this service, had far better in a cheap barbers in satwa and barsha etc. Won’t be going back!

One of my favourite barbershops in the UAE personally a recurring client, I have been to D3, Reform and Marina in DXB and Abu Dhabi branches the service is impeccable and the barbers are always on top form.

I booked for massage with Valentina, it was an out of the world experience, she knows every single muscle and worked and released them. I feel completely feel rejuvenated.. 10/10 for Valentina for skill, technique and extremely professional massage. She also worked on lot of chronic muscle pain.. best service !

My appointment was confirmed at 1 pm, I arrived 5 minutes earlier but unfortunately had to wait till 1:25 (30 minutes!). I was standing all the time because the waiting area was crowded with few kids playing games 🎮! The hair stylist was very good (Zuhair) and polite and the place hygiene was standard. The Chairs were very close to each other which made me uncomfortable. Would I go back again?! No .. I prefer quieter places, with no kids and they dont keep u standing for 30 minutes! I have to say .. it is my first time and will be last time. Sorry!
