Can’t assess the whole place, but definitely stay away from master named Mina Nigy! Completely unprofessional. That was the worst experience I ever had in any barbershops. I came there to get a haircut and an advice on what to do with my beard, which I grew the first time in my life and how to continue growing it properly (usually I shave every day, but this was the first time didn’t shave for 6 weeks)For my haircut I asked to do a business looking ‘squared’ shape with straight vertical lines on a side. As a result, my service master took a hairdressing machine and did a round form for my head. When I stopped him and said that he already cut too much in the area between the top and the sides (which shall form the corners of the squared shape), he said that he will fix it, but in reality he continued to cut this area even more! And then he said that it is too short now and he can’t fix anything. Then he switched to do the beard. The beard trimming service wasn’t good as well: he couldn’t consult me on what would better fit me. He also didn’t try to shape my beard - just trimmed with machine and then even didn’t take the effort to take care about stand-alone hairs or hairs that the machine didn’t seize. In addition, on the neck side he pressed the machine against my skin to much which caused immediate irritation and inflammation. So, in general, the service was provided, but at very low-quality level. Something you might expect from mid-priced two times cheaper salons, but not from a salon that positions itself as a premium one.As a result, I had to raise the complaint with the salon owner and we could find the common solution, but the whole experience of visiting a premium barbershop was ruined.

Very stander salon as it is very extremely expensive almost the costs like you are visiting a doctor in his clinic I have paid 250 for beard trim and haircut I have visited a lot of country with same order and there is no one charge me like the store. All the recommendation you see is fake. This is my own experience.

From London, in Dubai for work. Hardly ever give reviews and Im very fussy on barbers but this is easily the best mens hairdressing skill Ive experienced. Very understanding of what customer wants but also happy to give their advice, which I let them and probably got one of my best hair cuts ever after a long time. Such an awful experience in this salon. I usualy do my service there but cant handle the rudeness of the stylist ALAA ABOLAITH, his mouth is full of.. what happened was i was waiting for my friend to finish the service with ALAA (because his regular stylist “MINA” wasn’t there), he kicked me out as he got disturbed from me. I called the owner QASSIM to check his worker and look after his business but it seems he doesnt care about his clients, so me and 3 of my friends wont visit this salon again, there are many salons in dubai more luxurious and cheaper than this.

Had my hair cut by Kasem B. took just about the right amount of time, payed attention to detail and tailored the cut to my styling.Its one of those hidden gems, located on the back side of Conrad Hotel, offices access, so it might be easy to miss unless you know what you’re looking for. The best I’ve found in SZR so far.And the price is reasonable too!

Hair cut was okay, second time now I have been there. The pictures on the website are of another place as the facility is not as it appears as per the photographs on the website. I was disappointed as last time I was charged AED85 for a Haircut, as advertised on their website. Today, they decided to charge me AED130 for the same haircut and wouldnt budge!! They then told me that it is not a clipper cut , even though they did the same thing last time!! Rather unfortunate as I was just looking for a normal haircut and now I definitely wont be going back. Beware if you go there and negotiate the price your haircut before you start!
