Freeze is my fav to have an amazing cold beverage or just have a nice dessert.Freeze is at many places.. but the one I go is at Karama, Dubai. It’s a nice small cozy place where you can sit and enjoy some fun times with your family and friends.They also have zomato pro so you get a nice discount! 💰

If you really wanna drooling over experience on chocolate and crepes then definitely visit @freez.uae ..they makes the best milkshakes and crepes in the town,also they have molten lava cake which was so yummy ..I tried their unicorn 🦄 milkshake tasted so good with a blend of strawberries and blueberries 🫐…..Also their customized crepes with pistachio and lotus biscoff sauce tasted so heavenly…..Oreo milk shake and molten lava cake where taken me to other level of my taste buds ..they all were prepared at the moment and served fresh…..Thanks a lot @freez.uae for having us..

The cheese with chips Oman crepe was nothing like the picture, it was not well cooked crepe, the cream cheese sprayed all over in a very lazy disgusting way. CUSTOMER SERVICE ZERO. The Indian employee at the door saw my little sister asking for the restroom, he said oh its only for customers, you have to order enough first. The two Philipino ladies inside were chatting and using their phones and didnt even bother preparing the order well nor greeting us. When she printed the bill she handed it over to me while still chatting with her Coworker. Super rude and ignorant. This place must have two options in my opinion, 1- either fire those lazy rude disrespectful employees and get others, or 2- shut down and let another business have the opportunity to work in this place. Horrible food and service experience.
