Server issues all the time, rude tellar: Honestly one of the worst branches in the HBL portfolio, the bank isnt bad but this branch in particular is the worst branch they have, particularly because of the tellar they have. Complete disconnect from the customer, he shows no compassion or understanding and is often rude. I have let it slip twice before on my visits here however this employee probably should be sent for more training. This branch also always has server issues.

For company accounts I do not recommend this bank.It was my first time visiting this branch and I was extremely disappointed.I needed to get a cheque cashed, usually simple task for most banks, however it was very difficult.Upon arrival i got a ticket and waited nearly 15 minutes to be seen by a teller who were both completely free while I waited.Once the teller finally called my ticket number, I was informed there system was down. After waiting another 15 minutes the security guard told me I should try another Branch. The other branch closed in 30 min and was more than 25 minutes away.My main concern was the tellers didnt seem to show any concern for any of the customers.Security was the one who informed of us the system problems.The employees didn’t provide any clarification to any of the customers.I had to rush to the other branch where it took them over an hour just to cash my cheque.

So I’ve literally had the worst experience with HBL atm on Shaikh Zayed Road Jumeirah branch.It was just yesterday while I was depositing 42.5K and the atm seemed to have not encrypted that. I cancelled the transaction and I received only 11.5K out of 42.5k.I let it be as it could’ve probably happened to anyone.Today evening I went again to deposit another 20k and the atm reflected a message saying system error machine is down and kept the money inside without giving me a receipt leaving me stressed out.Either the ATM waits for me to deposit so it can stop functioning or the quality of services is really going down the drain.Buck up HBL.

Worst bank ever!!!! Their employees even dont know their products nor care for customers.
