Its the first 🏦 bank in UAE among the biggest 🏦 bank, to operate with the Emirates ID for withdrawal of the cash from the auto generated machine ( A T M ) ... They are very friendly and very qualified as well as fast or quick in providing good service. Well done

This Bank is merged with ADCB along with UNion National Bank to become third largest Bank of United Arab Emirates. I think soon the name will be ADCB.

Very worst bank...customers waiting no response.. one day i am waiting morethan one hour...after they said system down.. so cant deposit?? So i am very happy 🙏👌👌

Unlike the other reviews, I actually had a good experience with this branch so far. The staff are friendly. Ive been with them for 4 years now. No negative feelings with them at all.

Employees are very lazy , call the bank and no one will answer on phone, everytime you need something you have to visit the branch many times waste of time and energy!Hilal bank please select a better employee!if only i can select a no star rating!

Whenever they have a crowd, they will not operate the ticket system, in order to show the slowness in providing the service. The securite will let the people walk even though the machine is present and working, but it does not allow you to take a token.
