We are fully satisfied with all the services.They suggested very nice decoration as per my requirement. On the day of event everything was done hassle free and timely. Their staff is very cooperative and kids friendly. Kids really enjoyed their face painting and ballon bending activity.I would like to recommend them for party decoration and activities.

I ordered from Party Monster for my kid birthday and had superb experience with the decorations and the implementation. Everything was ready much before the time was committed and all staff were neat and clean and were very supportive. There balloon quality was superb and even the helium balloons stayed for much longer time than I experienced with the other party company. The price offered by the customer support team was very reasonable and they understood my budget too. Overall I would love to give them more refrences for there future business.

What a disappointing and misleading company! Horrible customer service. Dont bother choosing them.Ordered balloons for my partners birthday party. I gave them a set time for collection and when I got to the store the balloons werent prepared. They were so unorganised.Secondly, while they were putting the bunch of balloons together I noticed 2 of them were completely different to the picture advertised. It was meant to say stay fabulous. Instead they added 2 random balloons that said feliz cumpleanos I dont speak Spanish nor does my family so this was so odd to bring home. When I told them this is not what I asked for, they rudely responded saying this is all we have so basically I had no choice.Thirdly, if you take a look at the balloons advertised on their website it looks like there are 3 separate balloons with confetti. But when I received it it was a weird mushroom looking top. So misleading!!Never working with these guys again. Their customer service is terrible! Something that was meant to be a smooth process turned into a nightmare.

Their photobooth service was great. The attendants were extremely polite and arrived on time and set up quickly. The attendant during the day of my event was friendly and everybody enjoyed conversing with her and laughing with her. The design team did an incredible job in terms of creating our desired template and all the guests were happy with the printed outcome.

Sorry I promised to post review 3 months ago but didnt get time!Their whatsapp said closed after 10pm, but I sent message at around 11pm as it was urgent request. The staff was polite enough and helped me till past midnight. Wanted them delivered to the Hospital but since the mother was released early asked them to bring to my home instead and they were very helpful and changed delivery address without any issue!balloons were delivered beautifully and on time! Got the balloon pillars for 75dhs whereas elsewhere they were starting at 150dhs. Great service and value for money. Will definitely recommend my friends!

Usually really good and prompt delivery with good arrangements. However today have failed to delivery birthday balloons for my 5 year old tomorrow. No response by phone just ignoring calls after telling me that they would arrive 35 minutes ago. Sorry to say not reliable and I have wasted 145aed.

Second time ordering from Party Monster. First time was great balloons lasted for a week. This time however the foil balloons didn’t last more than an hour. By the time of the party they were already on the ground.

Hired them to do surprise decoration for my sons birthday. They came after hours after my son was alseep, and finished the decor very quickly and silently. Amazing service, beautiful balloons, reasonable prices and brilliant drivers! This is my 3rd balloon order for this month and they didnt fail to impress me! If you need specific alterations on the balloons/ribbons its easily done through whatsapp without any hassle. I also requested to take a video of the recipients reaction upon receiving the balloons and they were more than happy to do it! I highly highly recommend them!

Great service Ordered some balloons at 3am on their wbesite, and they delivered them on time at 10am the next day.Balloons were also really good. They told me balloon float time is 24 or 48 hours, but its been a week and they are still floating so I dont know why they said that!Nonetheless, keep up the good work.

I have been ordering for my kids birthday from Party Monster since last 3 years as we are very picky about cleanliness and their items always came clean. Especially now in Covid I was even more careful when ordering for my sons birthday. Due to restrictions I didnt throw a party but still ordered a bouncy castle slide and some balloons for my sons birthday which my kids really enjoyed. They cleaned and sanitized the bouncy before my kids used it and also after we finished using, before they packed it. They also let me keep it for free for an extra day which was great of them. Ask nicely and magic happens.

Im from the USA and I was trying to surprise my uncle for his birthday. I originally wanted a balloon arrangement and as I was looking thru more pictures I found one I absolutely loved. Party monsters were hesitant at first and said they couldnt do it., but then they agreed. I was really nervous and didnt know what to expect . The day of delivery they sent me pictures of the arrangement and I was amazed at how it looked. The arrangement turned out so much better than I could have ever imagined. They did an amazing job and my uncle was blown away. Thank you so much for making his day so special!

Waste of money and time. 3 days before my event and when they had taken 50% of the amount in advance they informed me that they will not do the most important part of what we had agreed! It ended up the owner of the company to call me swearing me because I dared to complain to the staff I was dealing with over the phone! They canceled my event and they never returned my money. People dont waste your money and time its the most unprofessional and worst company in UAE.

It was an amazing day. The decoration was more then i expected. They made my dream come true. My daughters first birthday and it was amazing. Everyone was impressed and had fun. The temperature was good, the space was perfect. Some of my guests did get lost, however its because their gps send them to the wrong entrance. But hey, who doesnt get lost in Dubai? I ordered Balloon Bouquet, Number Balloons and Helium Balloons.I was assured foil balloons will float for 3 days and Helium balloons will float for 24 hrs if stays inside.Quality of balloons are very bad. Balloons came down within couple of hours only.Unhappy with service and quality. I don’t recommend anyone.Better to pay slightly higher price and get the quality then wasting money and quality moment by saving few bucks.
