Very bad decision when i bought an piano from this shop, damaged, they don’t want fix it since last year, they just keep stalling. It’s just an expensive shelf out here

I visited the shop yesterday and was assisted by my fellow kabayan mr. KrisI was very pleased with how he handled all my queries despite of busy hours i guess. It nice to see such friendly positive and energetic young man. If you are musically inclined like me, Id really recommend visiting the shop itself rather checking online coz they have lots of awesome instruments to choose from.

Melodica Music Center @ Times Square has the best quality teachers for children who work with passion, skill, and music knowledge.My daughter uses to be very shy. Melodica helped her to be more confident not only in stages during the performance but also in school. Unorganized, unprofessional and uncaring is how I would describe them.My kids are taking classes from here. They change the teacher without any notice. They remove their names from their students’s list midway through the course.You ask them, no one has any idea although there are always 4-5 of them at reception.Only thing they do well is when you apply for admission or you buy those books or any items (of course recommended by the teachers).Then they are quick, efficient and at your service.Only my kids’ classes are over, I am not extending them.

Thanks all team, was there and bought some instruments and I met staff Chris (Filipino guy) who assisted me to choose the best and the one can suit my little champ daughter. Moreover taught me the easiest way to use the stuff.

I visit the shop in timesquare to look for a guitar for my first born, as he seems to have a passion in singing and he is fond whenever I started playing the guitar. I love the ambiance and seeing kids enjoying their time with their teachers, there was this guy kris who smiled and helped me. It was a nice experience!

Dishonest. They took the fee for my kids ABRSM exams before the lock down, the exams were canceled, and since then (more than a year) despite, repeated requests, they have not refunded the fees even though ABRSM has confirmed to me that they have refunded the amount to Melodica. It has been over a year now and Melodica keeps telling me to come another day as the cheque is not ready yet.

Bad staff serviceI bought a piano on 1st of February and they delivered after 3 days without any electric cable and they said we will deliver it tomorrow and until now they didnt.Today I went there and they gave me a bag with something I didnt check when I rich my home I open the bag I wassurprised that it is an old adapter not for my piano.

Bad choice of teachers. And after we realized our son not making any single progress, we asked to stop our lessons and have refund for the rest of the paid lessons, this was few weeks ago and until today there was no answer on our emails and the receptionist is not giving the manager’s contact number. The worst academy you could ever communicate with and i am going to give bad reviews to everyone i know because of the lack of respect they treat us with.
