DisappointedRequested to cancel a single class and adjust it at a later point due to unavoidable circumstances. But the receptionist had a standard reply ,its not possible as we need 24 hrs prior notice. Please note I had informed 8 hrs in advance.Its not always possible to provide a 24hrs notice when kids are involved.We really like the teaching staff but the management/front desk need to be a bit flexible/considerate.

Brooklyn Melodies Music Center is much more flexible than melodica. Management are rude at melodica and rules are very stringent. No concessions even when giving weeks notice. Very disappointingJust to let you know, melodica will print a message replying to this asking for my contact details and that they will offer assistance for our bad experience but theyve done nothing for us. Not even a phone call.

Had dropped by to inquire about their lessons last week. Their receptionist Jek has been very kind and accommodating in answering my queries. Very friendly and indeed one of the reasons why I would definitely book this place.

My daughter developed interest for Piano and we decided to go to Melodica Silicon Oasis branch since we are residents of the community. Registration was ok and we chose the trainer and paid for the basic package as a first step and we booked Saturdays as training days. The third session I needed to reschedule my appointment as my daughter fell ill they refused saying that its a basic package(close to 1000 Dhms) and with that we are not allowed to reschedule. I asked to talk to a manger, which was not available cause its a weekend. I asked for a call back no response. The issue happened a week back with no follow up, no call back, and my daughter missed the final session. Very poor coordination, communication, and leadership of the DSO branch.

Melodica create a sense that we belong to a music school, where students of all ages can participate. We all get something from them and learn from one another. Highly recommended!

I came to inquire for my 1.9 year old lil girl for classes as i got amazed with their Ballet dress thinking that it would look cute on my Daughter, the Front desk give me precise information and tour me in their Dance Studio, she explain to me the packages thoroughly including offers and music classes.
