This is the factory of Modrn Bakery in Dubai and they have no dine in option on site, only catering options or bulk. You have to know what you want and ask for it as they have no displays or menus just an office to walk into and place the order for the items you require then go and collect.

This is a very old outlet of Modern Bakery and we are regulars here for breads, pastries and also some special biscuits that they make and available only in their outlets or hotel restaurants.One such item is the Dates biscuit which is a sandwitch of dates between biscuit. This is very popular in our family as we take it to India as well and they demand this to be brought with us when we go on vacation.
