Sigh. No. Despite the raving reviews the sweets were mediocre. The baklava was too gooey, not flaky on the outside and soft on the inside. The two girls behind the counter did not seem too interested in helping with the choices as well. Perhaps we came at the wrong time.Nevertheless will not come to this branch in near future. There are other better Al Samadi branches out there.
This place has come highly recommended from residents that have been here for 20+ years. This is a Lebanese Baklava place with a large variety of sweets. Unlike Turkish or Greek Baklava, these are not as sweet or soaked in sugar sirup. Ask the staff, their customer service and product knowledge is great. This is where the locals shop!
Amazingly good Lebanese pistachio baklawa. Nicely presented in a metal gift transport box.Ask for Ahmed who would sort out the best combination of mixed baklawa.
This place is located in one of the bustling areas serving thr best arabic and middleastern sweets. Fresh and brisk they ahve a variety of Kunafah, Baklava, chocolates, Halawat, Mamouleh. U crave it they have it. Well packed, neat and clean with courteous staff. The desserts and sweets are very tasty and delicious .They also have gift wrapped sets or can customize your order to gift wrap the desired way
They weren’t prepared for the orders during End of Ramadan and Eid. Place was a mess, shortage of staff to accommodate customers and shortages in supplies of sweets. I actually left the place without ordering as there was nothing left to order. By the way i must report an incident that occurred infront of me during my visit; i saw one customer walking around and touching the mamool big plates left behind all the crowd he was touching them with his bare hands “During a serious pandemic” this is no acceptable at all especially during the times we are in.
The best shop for Arabic sweets in Deira. They have plenty of choice and quality is always there m
Their BAKALAWA is fantastic & delicious! I am from Abu Dhabi & on my next trip to Dubai i would definitely pass by to order ...
This place has fallen down the drain first of all the poor service due to poor management and under staffing no system no control just a mess and after the long wait due to what I mentioned you will receive sub standard over priced old sweets they have lost it.
If you wish to eat the best betefour sweet then al samadi sweets is the place
Oh my! Enter at your own peril! ❤️ Every metre of this gorgeous shop/cafe apart from the seating area is wall to wall with sweet delicacies to please everyone! With stunning trays of perfectly prepared Arabic sweets 😋 and pastries 🍯 these guys know a thing or two about perfection and have succeeded to create a place where nobody could resist purchasing even a small variety of their wonderful fayre to gobble up or gift! 🎁 Wow! What a delight 😊 to enter the doors of Al Samadi Sweets! They really take their business seriously and are connoisseurs of their craft! 👏👏👏
I ordered twice in a row on zomato , and my order was declined 👎 if you have any issue regarding delivery or whatever just stop the ordering option on zomato . But dont let ppl wait 20 mnts then tell them your order was declined!
Very good quality and selection of arabic sweets. What I really like about them, they dont add too much sugar to the sweets so you dont feel overwhelmed after eating.
Located close to Al Rigga metro station. One must try their Kunafas, they are freshly made and taste great. The staff are helpfull and the ambience of the place is good.
Great tasting authentic Arabic sweets true to the name of Al Samadi.
Great place ! We got sweets for souvenirs. Will be coming back
I liked their pistachio cylinderic baklave, but when I bought recently I found it different than before because they add excessive sugar syrup which has changed the taste drastically. Dont know if they have changed the staff
Its not fresh in time we order
Best arab sweets in UAE and probably in the World.Dont miss it, dont buy pretend to be similar at airport ir ither shops. This is really unique
Great taste for Arabic sweets
Very nice😘 great place to buy from. But the prices are so high, would love to come again and buy extremely lovely sweets.
Pros: Youre able to taste the sweets. Gives you the opportunity whether it is of your taste or not.Wide variety of choices.Place is cleanPrice is average. Pricey compared to cafeterias where you get sweets for 12-15AED.
Amazing shop really a great experience and a 5star quality and service
Little expensive but I guess the sweets were worth the money. Bought Special maklwa for family from there and was very good in taste and was also different. Location is very easy to find you can simply go there from dubai metro or taxi simply search it on google maps.
Good and authentic Arabic sweets. We have been regular customers here and have only been disappointed once. The taste is very good and genuine. Most sweets are freshly made. Not everything is on display, so ask for Halawet al Jibin if that is what you are looking for.
Very friendly and welcoming place. Been going to them for more than 15 years now.Always helpful and always giving you to try their fresh sweets and desserts before purchasing! To top it off their complimentary arabic coffee was a perfect combination to their warm gesture.Good kanafeh and baklava!Easy to reach as parking is right next to it
The best sweets are available here. Its a bit pricey but the quality requires such a price. They have all arabic sweets, cakes and chocolates. Also they offer wrapping trays for occasions. Wish there were more branches though
They use to have the best Kunafa , but now they have the worst.. I wish they will go back to the good quality

Attitude of the staff is annoying. But i like the quality of their sweets
Very nice arabic sweets
Liked several types of sweets especially Mamoul with pistachios. I would suggest more marketing efforts and more care about getting the flies away from the sweets. Also, the price is quite reasonable comparing to other similar type of shops.
Good authentic arabic sweets with good quality and affordable price. Kunafi is the best, followed by Sheaybiyat.
Delicious!! Turkish coffee also great
Fresh Arabic sweets, bakhlawa, kunafah with varieties. And very economical price.

Best Arabic Sweets Shop in Dubai :)
Probably the best chain for baklava in the UAE.Their premium Extra variant with less sugar and more nuts is a welcome change compared to the very high sugar levels commonly seen in Baklava. Makes it possible to enjoy more!
Arguably the best Arabic Lebanese dessert and sweets place in Dubai.
Real deal
