Poor quality cheap products. I had a shoe from them and with a single usage of it the soul started coming out. They didnt refund as I was there after 14 days, I showed them on a new shoe that if youll wear and drag it in this position the sole will come out and it happened, so thats a manufacturing defect, but they said they cant do anything about it. Funny people stealing money.

Bad customer service along with low quality product. Got a formal shoe recently, barely used it a few times and the upper material started coming off from the sole. Took it to the mall of emirates store from where it was purchased and the manager there said they cant do anything as they dont have a functional service center at the moment and they cant fix it. Asked for a refund and he denied it.

Bad and very disappointing feelings.Selling items with the factory defect. My fault, that I trust and did not check carefully and did not noticed. For 199AED should of be better quality. But thank you much to professional sales lady, was ably to change the damaged pair and handle it smoothly.

I bought a shoe in Jan 2018 from call it springs MOE . In the second week the shoe started to show wear and tear. I when back to the store for a solution .After a good inspection of the shoe the person in the store told me that the shoe is not damaged enough to send it for repairs. When it gets more worse then you can bring it and we will send it for repairs. And the worse part is I hardly used the shoe and it started to split from the base.

I have dark red sneakers-shoes from Ibn Battuta branch (its permanently closed there, btw). Recently bought sandals from them. Good quality , nice price . They have sale right now.
