I have placed the order and they sent an email saying that we don’t have it in stock and we might deliver it after one month. After one and half month, I texted them, and they mentioned that we don’t have it and we will refund you. What a bad customer service 👎🏻👎🏻

They have a wide range of collection for kids to preggo’s . Even they added cosmetics and home / personal appliances . The best part is they have toys in economical rates . Highly recommended . I ordered baby food cereals for 4 months and they delivered for 7 months. Why they are not checking before sending they are irresponsible they wasted my 5 days

I ordered two items, and it said 2-3 days delivery. Today - a week later, my items are still not with me. Apparently since today they are with a courier who is the worst possible courier choice 8n the UAE as they further delay already delayed shipment.Babystore didnt bother to update me on my order status, I had to call them 3 times throughout the delayed days to see whats going on, and the staff always promises to update me tomorrow which never happens. They really seem not bothered by the problem at all.They dont care to deliver the items on time or at all.Avoid this shop, especially if you need your items in a specific time frame, chances are youll get it at least a week or 10 days after promised. Disappointed.
