Had a great experience with this company. Was so much more convenient hiring a stroller for our 2yo than taking our own which would have most likely got damaged by the airport handlers.The whole service was great and the staff were very communicative. I’d definitely use them again if we ever went back to Dubai.They also had a great range of products to choose from.

We booked a Baby Stroller for our stay in Dubai via their website. We were informed about the status of our booking via E-Mail and delivery and pick up was communicated via WhatsApp. The Deposit was refunded within a week and overall the service was perfect. We can recommend Skytots to anyone looking for Strollers during their holiday... It is so much easier to rent one, than to bring along your own when travelling to Dubai. Thanks guys.

We rented a car seat for almost 2 weeks. It was sent to our hotel concierge on time. The question regarding installation was answered promptly. We had great experience with skytots. The seat is in clean and good condition too. Wed highly recommend them.

I was highly recommended Skytots and the recommendation exceeded my expectations. I needed a carseat for when my sister arrived with her 8month old. I barely gave 24hr notice and they were still able to deliver the seat I chose plus install it. They picked it up the day after they left and all was so well managed quick and smooth. Wouldnt hesitate to use Skytots again.

They came on time to drop the cots, assemble everything and we just left the package outside the apartment door since we took an early flight. Deposit refund was according to the policy, three days after returning the gear. Very happy with the service!

I needed a stroller for rent for our vacation, I found their website on google search , it was super easy to book the stroller. I told them my requirement, and they suggested the right one for me and delivered it at my doorstep and collected it once we returned from our vacation.The stroller I received was very clean and neatly wrapped. It was functionally perfect. It saved me from the hassle of spending a lot on buying a new stroller for our short vacation.Will use their baby gear again if needed and highly recommend them.

Such an amazing service. I ordered the Toddler on Tour bundle and I couldnt be happier! All of their products were clean. My little guy didnt like the scooter that came with the package so they exchanged it for me the next day with an activity table which he enjoyed! I was in UAE for 3 weeks and their prices were extremely reasonable, I was able to get everything that I needed to feel comfortable throughout my entire stay. I highly recommend this company! There needs to be something like this in every city and country!!

Ordered a car seat for my daughter during our short trip in Dubai. Great experience with Skytots, the car seat came complete with all accessories, plus usage instructions were quite clear. Skytots took care of drop-off and pick-up of the car seat, even though we were arriving at 1 AM and leaving at 4 AM we didn’t have to worry about the car seat - all we had to do was let the hotel know that it will be dropped off and picked up. Very smooth experience, will recommend and use again soon!

Fantastic service from start to finish, we hired a stroller in April 2019 and as promised it was waiting for us with concierge at our arrival hotel. Stroller was very clean and worked perfectly - we opted for the City Mini as it had a huge sunshade and is very easy to open and fold close (one hand). Stroller was collected from hotel on our departure day, we simply left it with concierge and our deposit refunded the next day. I will definitely be using SkyTots again as they take the hassle away and great value for money!! Thanks all.

Recently hired a Graco Stroller for my 7 day holiday in Dubai. Excellent service. Stroller was delivered on time to my hotel in excellent condition fully cleaned and plastic wrapped. Great communication to have to stroller picked back up from my hotels conceirge desk. The price for hire was reasonable too. Will most certainly use Sky Tots again when I return to Dubai.

Amazing customer service, very quick responses to any queries prior to our rental, they were even able to accommodate a last minute change in delivery location with no problems - and provide WhatsApp location updates so you know exactly where they are on delivery day! And as for the equipment - spotless! Car seat was very easy to install and the cot sets up in less than a minute - our daughter loved riding on the tricycle, and took several naps in the car seat! We will definitely be using sky tots again for our future trips to the UAE, we just wish we knew about the service last year before lugging all our baby equipment on the flight!!

Ordered 3 items from Skytots (Car Seat, High Chair and a Travel Cot) for when my family brought my 9 month old niece to visit me in Dubai for a few days. The website was super easy, the prices reasonable and the products were exactly as they were described on the website.Not only that, Skytots delivered everything on time and best of all the quality of the service and the delivered products was fantastic - everything looked brand new!!! I was concerned the items would have been heavily used but this wasnt the case at all.Pick-up was just as easy as delivery, refund of the deposit was done the same day, couldnt have asked for more. Skytots was amazing!!!! By far the best company I have ever rented any baby equipment from with a good high quality of products. They delivered it to our hotel the same day less than an hour of ordering. Tristian was soooo professional during the process. This was the most convenient situation that could be expected. We would use them again for sure when we are in Dubai. If you choose any other company this one is a must!!!! Also, I made a mistake and needed the equipment one extra day and he allowed me to use it a day longer. AWESOME COMPANY!

Hassle free car seat hire. Skytots is in an amazing service and I cant believe there arent similar services available elsewhere.We have only just managed to keep my son settled in his car seat so wanted the same car seat abroad without lugging it with us. One occasion, a team member went all the way back to the warehouse to change a chair to one that would be more sutible for my car. Stafty and comfort is their priority.
