Horrible service. It was my first time there and it will be the last. Overpriced and the service was bad. I took my car for a wash and i received the car dirty from the inside and outside. Finger prints everywhere and dirt between the mirrors (video proof available). They even messed up my interior and the person in charge (Abu Baker) is rude and full of himself. If i can give it a half star i would the quality of the wash for the price is ridiculous ! Home wash is better.

FIRST TIME AND LAST TIME !!!!!! Overall Experience below 0 !!!If there was an option to put 0 Stars I would have definitely chosen it !!!I had the worst experience ever with there service center, first of all the staff are VERY VERY RUDE and they dont have any kind of respect towards there customers, you will be very lucky if they attend your call. Talking about the safety measures which does not exist in there garage, staff are not wearing masks and social distancing !The center is very unorganized, employees have no clue about there job and lack experience different prices given from each staff and different opinions about services needed for your car. Believe me petrol stations can do better oil service than them. After finishing the major service the car accelerator stopped working and they started blaming the recovery guy who picked my vehicle, I was told by the recovery guy that staff from inside are talking in a negative way about how bad quality service provided to all the cars in this workshop.I received my car in a miserable situation with damaged rims and my interior was stained with black muddy marks and exterior body was so greasy and dirty !!!!Honestly I dont advise or recommend any of there services what so ever speaking out of bad experience.*** REPLYING TO YOUR RESPONSE ***First of all I never mentioned that I visited your garage .. actually if I did visit I wouldnt have allowed something like this to happen but I was unlucky because I am living in Abu Dhabi, anyways being in your workshop or not has nothing to do with the issue I faced and if your talking about the safety measures and masks I have my own way to know all this information and I have seen it also in social media under your own account.I did not write this review so you can compensate or help me in the issue I faced .. this is for the public rating to see what kind of service one of the customers have faced, instead your team should have helped & cooperated with me from the beginning before this incident gets reviewed here. Ive been begging your people (service advisors) to ask the person in-charge to contact me so we can solve many issues but unfortunately no one cared and showed no interest !!! but after my google review is posted suddenly you guys cared and ready to help which is something I knew it would happen.Please do not call my number for any reason ... not interested in your solutions !!!

I felt that i got scammed, when i changed my tire they offered me a free tire balancing and road balancing. He give very high price on road balancing as i believe there was no issue with it, but he scammed me and telling me that the tire price they gave u is very cheap.Believe me they give you a reasonable prices on tires and they get the rest from something else 👍

Spoil your car with them.. They are providing offers in between.. Once you know.. Spread and Dont stop it with you..

Prices are good but honestly i would pay an extra 100 or so to go to a different tire shop... It took forever to change them and cars that came after me went before me to the alignment just because they know people here, really unprofessional. But at least the waiting area is good...

Highly disappointed. Took my car for major service, told it will take 4-5 hours, no problem. They did finish the work in 4 hours but they did nowhere near all the advertised things thats included in major service bundle. I had to stand and monitor each every step and remind the mechanics to do each thing. They skipped doing gear oil, gear filter, brake fluid change even though it is part of bundle and they charged me for those items.The mechanics are unskilled and don’t know how to do the job properly.All marketing and no real work, I don’t recommend them for anything.

Was a good workshop that where I changed my car tires & did some services.Until I went for brake pads replacement, the supervisor there recommended me to use the ceramic pads that they have,....but it was the worst brake pads I have ever used although it was not cheap.It makes a lot of noise and there always black dust & particles on the tires from the brake pads.& I am concerned that it will damage the drums.Anyway after two months only I went there to complain , & the supervisor simply said, We dont have warranty on the brake pads.& it was the last time I go to this workshop.

Unprofessional, not organized.After taking the tires off they informed me that the tire i want is out of stock even though i informed them with the required tire from start. They would change ur tires even if they are brand new. They would fake issues in your car just to make money.They lack supervision. They have multiple sections. One for their friends and VIP where they monitor the work closely and the new walk in customer who they will just rip money off.They are not cheap nor good service. waste of money and time to deal with them.

They can replace your tyers at home however you must do the balancing at their store which obviously no benefits from this service

Very bad experience, the damaged my car rims while changing the tires and the. They said it was damaged from before !!! After asking them to open the cameras and check they offered to paint them and fix them and not changing the rims !! And the was my last time to visit !!

The worst place ever, overcharges for everything, very disturbing staff members who do not abide by the COVID-19 instructions, no hygiene whatsoever, smoking nonstop in front of myself and others, took them to change oil filter for my car more than 5 hours, and they told me to only for wait for 30 minutes, they treat their customers differently, I saw more than 5 cars pulling inside when I was waiting for my turn and they kept telling me they called in ahead which was an obvious lie cause they don’t have such service of reserving or scheduling. Please do not recommend this place to anyone you know cause it only spread that this place is good when in fact it is not. I had this place recommended to me and I no longer see any worth in trusting people opinions on this place. All other good reviews are fabricated. Worst place ever.

I was shocked when I came to this place. I am disappointed with the guy who recommend it. I understand its a challenge for newbie to run and manage a big space like this. But letting workers approach customers without masks. Setting in their cat and talking with no protection. Allowing the clients to manage parking by them selves, having to find a worker on your own.. and the list goes on. Despite all the challenges there should be a respect for client social distancing and covid precautions.

Job quality is very low, they scratched the car and rims, they didnt balance the spare tyre, 😑 staff was refusing to balance it saying that its just a spare tyre.

It took me 2 hours to check what is wrong with my A/C, once I asked for the part price only they wouldn’t tell me and it does not include any warranty which is super weird. It is very sad to see a lot of advertisement and in reality things are very different. Good luck but it is my last time here.

I took my car there about 3 months ago to get fixed it had check engine light, no one called me about my car, for a month i had to keep calling..to get answers i paid over 4k for repairs they charged which i didn’t oblige for, and most importantly my check engine problem hasn’t been fixed till today... they said take the car.. its fine we will contact you when we find a replacement which will take 1-2 weeks.. and till now they have not called me once. very disappointing and totally do not recommended to anyone..

Guys, 600 AED for the oil change, are you kidding? Even for my sportcar this is too much, I doing it always for 250 MAXIMUM. Dont waste people time. Never coming back or suggest this place to anyone.

They charge me 700 Dhs for shock rebuild. Then I discovered that they take it to other shop and they just fill it with gas only. And wrong quantity.because of there mistake I paid 2000 Dhs to maintain what they damage.TOTALLY NOT RECOMMEND

The quality of this place has dropped properly, it will take you few hours of waiting until u can find someone to talk to, one of the worst customer service I have ever seen, I took my car to them for a simple service and they broke my car, and refused to fix it properly. I highly dont recommend it. Over priced for nothing.
