My lovely place they are very good a little bit higher price comparing to other garage but you get a proper accurate professional car maintenance and they solve car problem sefficiently you never goback to them to repaire it twice and prices are reasonable

David & Richard are great. Trustworthy and honest, this garage was able to prioritize the work needed on my car and delay others that didn’t need immediate attention. Their facilities are capable of pretty much anything, from mechanics, to body work, vinyls, decals, paint, etc.. I highly recommend this shop if you own a BMW or other luxury brands, they treat you as their own and pay attention to all of the smallest details.

Ive been doing maintenance for my two cars there since april 2018 and Im always satisfied with bills and jobs done. Richard and David are always smiling, helpful and attentive to customers needs. Prices are usually on a low range.Having some courtesy cars would be a plus.i strongly recommend

So it is unfortunate that some people post untruths and defamatory comments on here, with no one ever hearing of your name or the circumstances involved. We work as a team and no one has ever been rude or insulted any one singularly or their families. For what ever reason you find this acceptable we can never imagine and ask, if you have a grievance, to come and sort it out either with myself or the owners of the company. Horrible experience. David was rude, no respect and know nothing about cars. he insult me and my family and even disrespect our culture. Richard tried to help David but also not good. David told us the car was not ok for the road and we need to fix many things for very high price. I didnt believe so I check in RTA and the car passed without need for anything. I will never go back to this garage and recommend my friend and family do not use either.the good reviews are from workers at the company trying to trick the people..

Interesting that 2 of the 4 ratings come from two company employees, gives you a good idea of what to expect!!! Nice way of TRYING to fool potential clients with fake reviews :(

Great staff, and they dont Lie

They charge high prices, even on parts. They cant figure out the issue in the car. They have charged me AED350 + VAT to inspect the car, they quoted me AED5000 for work that is not required at all, and didnt not get near the main issue. I have compared the quotation with 5 other garages and spare parts shops, they were all cheaper and all insisted that none of the issues mentioned by Grease Monkey Garage are required to be fixed. However my issie was clogged radiator that needed to be cleaned for AED200 only not AED5350!Conclusion, Grease Monkey Garage are very nice and respectful and know how to deal with customers at reception and have very good manners and hospitality, the workshop and office are clean, but their prices are high and their mechanics are not experts.

Deceitful. Was told my car would cost around 9,000 dhs to become road worthy for an upcoming RTA inspection. I thought it seemed quite expensive and so went to the RTA to see what their thoughts were... it passed the road worthy with no issues at all.

As a new DUbai resident, I really dreaded buying a used car and finding the garage that would keep it going ... and expats advised me Grease Monckey and his boss Hedi. Super experience, Hedi is really available and takes the time to explain everything. A garage that deserves to be in the light.Thank you Hedi, I would now need an orthodentist as serious as you, you do not do that? lol.

That garage is small and no space or clearance to move anything . They lack quality work and are always rushing the customer . Much of the solutions they recommend are temporarily and the issues tend to pop up again . I would say they lack supervision and need to be organized . My last visit was terrible and obviously someone went through my car as if he was searching for something and left it a mess . Car stayed for 3 days and problem was never resolved . Moreover spare parts that was replaced before seemed to be improperly installed and caused me other issues . I wouldn’t highly recommend going there unless they place a new supervisor showing respect to customer service, time and quality .
