I saw a lot of negative reviews for this garage, but my experience was really good ! I was referred here from Methaq Insurance, job was to repair rear bumper. And they did a great job and the work was done on time. Also the owner is very kind and humble person

Referred from Methaq Insurance Co. (one of worst insurane co. in UAE) to auto kings garage(one of worst workshops in UAE). Job was to replace rear bumper n repair the trunk door n the front bumper. 2 weeks post submitting the police report, the insurance co. agreed to repair the car. During this period they parked the car under the bushes outside the garage (see photos). repair completed within 1 week but i rejected the repairs because he tried to fool me with a duplicate cheap China made rear bumper where the agreement was to fix a used OEM bumper. 3 days later they called again asking me to take the car but again i refused due to poor painting quality (they paint the bumpers while they are installed on the car n they use the cheapest paint available in market🤤). A week later and after many sudden visits i was hopeless n fed-up. Collected the car n the forman was unashamedly asking me a tip🤤.*Note: They always ask you to collect your car after sunset so you cant notice their terrible work.Will never deal with both Methaq n Auto kings garage ever again.Lesson learnt:Its worthy to pay few hundreds Dirhams more to get a better insurance services than dealing with relitavly cheap companies n suffer later in case of an accident.

Good car workshop in ummramoul

A very good garage. I was introduced to them through my insurance. I have been taking all my three cars to them, specially for body works. Their paint jobs are simply amazing. Youll get extremely good value for money and the best thing is that they are expert in getting second have parts for 1/4 th of the new one. It does the works equally will. Mr. Abu Taher is gem of a person. All the best.

Good for a quick service of the car. They will arrange for second hand parts if possible saving you a lot of cash.

A Good Place to repair car body although no systems in place nor clean environment

Difficult to communicate if you dont know malayalam. overall not really impressed. go for regular works and never visit for major works

Take pictures of all car before you leave it for repairs. You will never get some accessories back. I will never recommend this garrage to anyone. Poor work and very slow. The worse garrage ever.

The worst workshop ever, in terms of timing , quality of work, and honesty.

The worst service ever. Had to re-paint one door of my car and got their contacts from my insurance. Firstly, they used some counterfeit cheap Chinese paint, which was clearly different from other parts of my car! Then they wanted me to pick the car up at night so I dont notice the color difference. The garage manager said the color difference is ok and if I park my car on the sun for 2 months the color will become the same.When I demanded re-painting, they took another 1 month to do the job. In the end, I was car-less for 2 months and very disappointing in their service. Stingy and dodgy garage. A joke, not a company.
