It is my first time to give a review about anything bad so It takes that amount of bad energy to do that and I am trying my best to be partial with what I am going to write and be accurate.I went to Radical with an engine failure for an old Jeep with good condition and low mileage. After talking to few garages and mechanics, I decided to go with Radical.1. The owner of the garage assured me that he could fix the engine after doing “engine check” and assured me that it would be perfect with few spare parts which he quoted me almost the double for them. Agreed on me getting my own original spare parts, he started working on the car to tell me later that there are more problems with the engine.2. When I realized that my original spare parts and Radical fees which has increased every step of the way and other fees that have not been told about from the beginning exceeded the price of a good condition car online, the owner promised a discount which he didn’t deliver.3. After supposedly, the engine has been fixed, few days later, the engine sign was on and off every couple of days, with no AC working. The owner wanted to charge for filling gas again and fix AC broken pipe which wasn’t even broken.4. Communication is really bad since then, me telling the owner about the problem that persists with the engine and him telling me that is a different issue with more charges and getting angry for not listening to himOr sometimes, ignoring me completely. Now, because I am apparently asking for my right and trying to communicate in a respectful manner, I am blocked from the garage’s what’s app. Resulting in leaving any option for amicable deal but for me to try to take my right in a legal manner.If you want to avoid all this hassle, avoid this garage. It is by far the worst experience in any garage I have dealt with in 9 years in Dubai.Ps: I think there are 2 places with the same name and I believe that’s why and the only reason Radical has good reviews.

I have been getting my JEEP Jk serviced and have installed multiple mods on my Jeep from Radical and always have had reasonable and quality parts and service from them. In Nov 2018 i have gotten my jeeps head rebuilt with all valves, guides, timing chains and tensioners replaced and they have tunned the engine to obtain maximum stock power from the engine without risking the safety. Bought a Baofeng UV-5R and costed 265 Dirhams including VAT when you have the same item in Amazon for 150 and 165 in Noon. I have checked all possible stores and nothing comes near 200. I feel the price in this store is not just high but more than usual on other places. So before buying, please check nearby places and online for a better deal.Update to the reply:I have received an invoice with no delivery charges mentioned and the item itself shows as 250. If you are charging extra 100 dirhams from a customer, he have his rights to know that there is 100 dirhams charged to a product while the product itself is cost only 150.

Is it possible to give ZERO stars in a review?I took my car to Radical Motorsports to have a roof rack installed for my new (8,000km) FJ Cruiser. Mr. Ali and his team installed rack which they had fabricated in-house. I was led to believe that this was a standard Toyota Roof rack which I later found to not be true. His team over-tightened the roof rack which buckled the roof of my FJ at the 6 fixation points.As, the damage to the car was noticeable and Mr. Ali acknowledge that his team had damaged my vehicle. Being quite embarrassed about it, he indicated that he would cover the cost of repair. When I took it to Toyota Al Futtaim authorized body shop, they assessed the damage to my vehicle to be roundly 6,000AED. I also had to pay 370AED for the estimate itself.We had agreed that he would settle the repair fees with Al Futtaim body shop. After chasing Mr. Ali to do this for 2 months, he finally deposited only 2,000AED in my account. This is only a fraction of what it will take to repair my car.In a nutshell, my NEW car was damaged by Mr. Ali and his team at Radical Motorsports and the damages to my car persist because they will not do the honorable thing to fix it. Very disappointed with the lack of professionalism or car from Mr. Ali and his staff!
