I am Really Disappointed that despite of Several attempts, numerous of visits to the Different Gargash service station and plenty of days of giving my car to the service station, the problems still persists! Instead the staff is so Unprofessional and Irresponsible that whenever I get back my car i get it back with another issues. They shift their responsibilities on other people and Despite of having the car by themselves for several weeks they couldnt fix the issues in the car and keeps on delaying the actions which should must be taken. Indeed the car seems to be faulty aswell and no assistance is being provided to escalate the Replacement with the New Car.I also want to mention they denied me at first to give me a mobility vehicle when they had my car with themselves for weeks, i had to send emails to the higher authorities. The last time i got my car back it had a thin line dent on the rear left fender of my car (must be caused by being hit by another cars door). I dont know How Mercedes regulate their authorized service providers but they really need to intervene in the services provided. Very Irresponsible on their part. My experience of owning Mercedes has been ruined by The Fulty car itself as well as the poor service. I Strongly Do Not recommend anyone to go for Mercedes.Some of the issues which i got after i get my car back from service station are in the pictures.I would also Like to mention Mercedes as a brand itself has been so unethical to sell Inferior products to their customers and not paying attention to their complaints.

At Gargash service center car parts are always available, their service is fast and delivery is on schedule. Having my car back after a routine check and service brings a bit of joy. The hidden gem here is Quincy, it is always comforting to know that she is on top of every step, with her I am confident that my car is always in good hands, she takes care of it like her own. May her passion, dedication and professionalism multiplies in many individuals. I won’t ask for anyone else but her - every time. She is honest, reliable and trustworthy.

Great service from the reception to the workshop staff. Able to resolve my issues quite quickly and well! The only problem I had was with the rude security staff. Given that Mercedes promotes itself as the provider of the best or nothing, I experienced the nothing from the staff.. Really left a sour note on an otherwise excellent experience!

From the moment you are greeted at the reception with a smile (and by name) until you get your car back, the experience is very smooth which accounts for a very satisfied and faithful customer.My service advisor Quincy is extremely professional and skilled: every service or repair is conducted perfectly and efficiently. She is always helpful and readily available to answer and advise: she is extremely honest and trustworthy. Although the brand itself hits the mark, Quincy is the reason why we own two Mercedes in our household and are soon buying a third.I would never consider swapping to another make after the outstanding treatment from both the service center and Quincy.

Guys, sorry to say this, but your call centre and service centre need a major revamp. My wifes car was collected by your roadside assistance team two days ago, and since then we have been trying to reach you. We received a missed call SMS yesterday, with no option to send a reply. Repeated calls to the Deira service centre on your toll free number have gone unanswered. Extremely disappointing.

It is very suitable for business men / women who like to sit in the backseat and work or relax while moving or travelling.The other wonderful piece is the G class where you can have a different power feeling while you drive it.The best choice among all brands is the S class. It is the flagship of all Mercedes brands.

I went there to service my car that I bought from Sharjah. Hoping they could give it a good service as this car is not from the GCC. Created a bit of confusion upon entering at the reception and I was immediate told that the cant help me and that I needed to open a file and... This is after calling three times and speaking to someone who helped me schedule this appointment with Merc. No issues I took the car to another workshop and they did the needful. Strange that the dealer goes Crazy in a time like this, guess they have much business and dont need additional revenue. I am perfect for upselling or the client they want to scare and say u need to replace this and this... Missed opportunity for them I guess, paid 1800 aed in Alcoes for a service I was willing to pay 2200 for at the agent.

I recently used Gargash Service Department in Deira to replace a tyre and fix a problem with my front suspension. It was booked in and collected on the same day and fixed quickly. It was managed by Quincy and she consistently provides a first class service. She’s always personable, proactive and professional. It has been a great customer experience for me every time I have visited over the last two years and exactly what you need when your car breaks down.

Great service, great value, and transparent communication as they share the assessment and the expected payment value along with the deadline before kicking off the service job. Even though my car is 7+ years old, yet it still feels new, strong, and well maintained. Mr. Aneel Victor has been always very supportive and professional, I would highly recommend dealing with him, thanks Mr. Aneel.I would only recommend to find a solution for the appointment scheduling as it might take 3-4 weeks to get a confirmed appointment.

Worst experience in my life for following reasons:- I bring my car for a noise check before selling it- They proposed to keep car for service and make a check- No car replacement like Infiniti- I got a quotation for 10.000AED, so I requested to do only the service and after almost a week, not able to get any update from car status (seems nobody was taken care)- After ten days car is ready but I came to know that the person who was suppose to buy the car went to the garage and ask to do the work and he will pay; the buyer was serious and honest but Mercedes never called me to inform me or even ask my permission to do the work- After 2 weeks, car is ready and bill has been paid by buyer (thanks god) but I did signed any paper for collection which mean anybody could have taken the car!Mercedes car are amazing but I would definitely recommend another Mercedes garage than this one.

Great customer Service, got my first service for general repair and maintenance in this workshop.The area of the service its so comfortable ,reception with coffee so you can work easily if you have to wait.What I was annoyed from, that they took too long for servicing the car.I was helped by Mr.Adil , fantastic in customer care , always so polite and professional. Everytime I visit this facility I have to wait for over than an hour just to handover my car and same time when I go to take it back. Unprofessional customer service and they always bargain service prices with you as if you are in spices market. After service car is always not cleaned.Conclusion is that definitely this service center has huge customer car issues especially when it comes to the customers waiting time. So disappointing!
