I will not recommend this service centre, as first impression is always the best impression, my insurance company had suggested for this service centre and I called them to take an appointment, a person called irshan picked up my call and answered me like an answering machine, infact he was very rude on the phone. I felt like he was not interested at all to take my car for service. I thought they are relateded to insurance company, I told him if you treats me in this way you I wouldnt renew my insurance next year with you, immediately he said he is not working for insurance as he is working for Al rostamani, renewing my insurance with that insurance company is not his headache.I wonder how Al rostamani is having such a person without having a willingness to assist customer.

Not genuinely interested in customer car issues, primarily focused on selling upwelling services and unwanted parts. Totally the opposite of the name, I would rather call this plaxe Auto-Anti- Trust, since that was my experience everytime.

Auto trust is a sub service center of Nissan. All vehichle brand services are doing here. You can take appointment online as per your convenient slot. Payment can be done using cards.Refreshments like cappuccino, tea (vending machine) etc are available Service contract options are available which is not much costly. Pick up and drop service is the area where Auto trust needs to improve as per my opinion. Speed of service also is acceptable.

The word trust seem to be missing. If i had option for negative review. Went to handover my car on 18th July. When i reached there was no personnel available and had to wait for half an hour. After raising repeated request , i was assigned Jawed Nizamuddin Sheikh.Due to Eid holiday approaching he was insisting to drop car after the holidays. since AC was not working there not much use in this humid condition. he was advising all the people who came for service not even bothered to understand if anybody could even drive the carGot big shock when they communicated the estimation. ~4500 AED for AC work(include replacement of all parts in AC).My car 2013 model and if I sell my car I will not get more than 15k . Had done full AC repair job during my warranty period( ~3 years back) . What gave me major doubt when they mentioned AC filter replacement in the job card saying full dust. I replaced my filter 3 days back and told its not possible. Very casually they said okie and said maybe mistakeTook my car outside and did check up. Estimation ~AED 1500. Got it fixed .Paid 250 AED to Autotrust for checkup when they did not bother to even open the car. Will never recommend anyone this place

We pay for services and yet have to wait almost half and hour to collect a car which is done servicing? Shameful service standards for a Japanese corporation. And AED4500 for AC repair? Are you out to kill people?

Avoid at all cost, been there for major accident repair, avoid at all cost, sub standard repairs, rear bumper keeps popping off, computer had error codes which their computer initially didnt pickup, electronics kept giving errors, and car was cutting off that they denied and said it was normal although the problem was apparent in an air intake hose. I still have rattling problems in the car and discovered a few parts that has not been properly fixed or replaced although they are obviously broken. Not going to bring it back to them. As they go above and beyond to make profit out of the insurance claim without doing proper repairs. The name Autotrust almost seems cynical to me as i will never trust them with my car although i have a service contract with them

Marwan and Rishan have done an extremely professional and cost effective service. Kudos to the team. Prefer them over Nissan service center. Auto Trust keep up the good job.

Irshan was extremely professional and went above and beyond to help with all matters from dealing with the insurance to getting my vehicle picked up and dropped after fixing it following a car accident.Highly recommended

The 299 vouchers your agents sell are sold with giving detailed information. I was not informed by your agent Ms. Sneha that I would need a police report to get the paint job done. Infact I asked her specifcally that I need on door panel done and that will the company us original paint and she confirmed yes it will be done.This is very poor marketing technique not expected from a reputed brand like AWR.

Very bad experience I had, I left my car at 12 :07 pm in Sunday to only change the front bumper and lanterns,as per the agent Mr al tayeb their it will take only 4 to 5 days repairing, I asked some one called ahmed when I will receive my car he promise me he will reply at 4 pm I called him in the time he promise that he will inform me tomorrow then next day I called he promise me to reply at 4 pm and then for the 3rd day not informing me the time!!!!!!!! As I mentioned form beginning I need my car urgent, in the 3rd day he give me number of Ando and same situation happen finally he answered you will take it at next Sunday I informed him 1 week to receive the car???!!! And suddenly in Wednesday 4 pm he sent In my whats app that the car will take more time because he suddenly discover that the car need another parts!!! How this happen where the professionality!!!! The report from beginning mentioned the damage parts thats mean after 4 days you start reparing the car not at the same day!!!!!Very very bad service at all.. I need my car please urgent

They sell coupons over the phone, u can only read the terms and conditions after u buy them. The most surprising condition is that u can only use 1 coupon at a time. They advise to book, call the call center, which rarely answers, if they do, they promise that the center people will call back to confirm appointment, which never happened (I tried this 3-4 times). So you are forced to come with out appointment, now since you have already paid for the service in the form of coupons you are forced to wait for 5-6 hours for a simple service. If u are travelling from far, either you spend couple of hundreds on Taxi or u waste your day.Please dont buy their services..STAY AWAY..So I emailed them with more details as mentioned in their reply and a few days later I got a call from some customer service manager and I was happy that atleast they responded. However she was asking about my experience and to which i said that i already sent email and she said she would read and call back, however no call back. I even sent a follow up email to the same but no courtesy to call back. Worst service.. on top off all that, after 2 visits and 80KM of driving and spending in total of 5 hours I end up getting a not well cleaned car back.ALERT: ALL THE 5 STAR REVIEWS ARE THE VERY 1ST REVIEW OF THOSE REVIEWERS. I have taken a service contract package from them which included pick and drop service. Later found out that pick and drop cannot be the same day.I did major servicing in which got gear oil changed. After taking out the car found there is a leakage. Post highlighting the issue to the service center and their thorough inspection, they told that the entire gear box pan/sump needs to be changed which will cost around 1500aed. Whereas the original issue was that they did not tighten the nuts post refilling the oil which caused the leaking.

Very honestly speaking the staff at this branch is way more courteous and professional. I am glad they closed their Al Quoz branch. If youre looking for any assistance Marwan is the man out there. Kudos to his customer service. The reason I didnt give 5 stars is due to their pathetic call center service

If you have a spare car you can try this place, especially if you are with a coupon. You cant imagine the quality of the service especially from a brand under Rostamani.. better to rely on a local garage of any known...just sut a show off set up.

Took my Patrol V8 to their Ras Al Khor branch just for a free check up they were promoting on social media. Waited around 2 hrs. Finally Mr. Jeetu Thomas told me all that required fixing in the car. I spoke to him about coming after the national day holidays to fix them. When I started to drive, I noticed the car was making louder noise than it did before I gave it at AutoTrust. The rpm was running higher than before even at idle speed and speeds of 10-20kmph. At this speed, just before coming in, the car did not make any loud noise. Even my wife noticed the loud sound herself. I took it back to Jeetu who tried to explain to me about fluid coupling responsible for that sound and that it was common across all Patrols. Somehow I couldnt believe him as I had been driving this car long enough to know it. Though I agreed to check for another week and report if it persists, I am mad at myself for taking my lovely car to them.I will wait for a few days and if the loud sound goes away, I will edit my post. Else it remains and I will go to DED.UPDATE: A visit to Nissan service centre revealed that the humming sound, which the Autotrust refused to acknowledge, was not coz of fluid coupling, it was the belt which needed replacement.

I visited this workshop to get my car serviced via the insurance claim after it had a minor accident. The sergxiwd was very professional and I was happy with the staff. They were timely and I had no issues here. My pricing was based on the insurance provider and so I cant really comment on their pricing. I visited the centre for the first time last week. From the call centre team to the security to the admin office to the technical team, everyone was responsive and proactive. I visited the place to redeem coupons for various services. The jobs were executed with precision and professionalism. The communication by the administrative team was clear and accurate. More than the repair done to my car, I am truly impressed by the professionalism of Mr. Irshan. He did his best to assist me even while I was out of the country and had to leave my car for repair. He updated me and responded promptly to every reasonable request I asked him. He is highly commendable and I will tell my friends to look for him if ever they need car servicing.

They are a subsidiary of AWR but they cater to all the vehicles. Started using them after I had bought a discount voucher book for their services. They are neat in their work and do not overcharge for their services. I will very likely start bringing my car here for services post my warranty period. Would have rated them 5 stars if they had a good selection or at least access to different tyre brands

Indeed a very bad customer service,I have experienced myself today,the staff needs more training in this field,the service is satisfactory,being under a big banner these staff and management has to come up more good in the lacking areas.When I complained about the service to the manager,he had a very casual approach towards the staff and yes he did apologize but am a bit dissdisappoi by the service.I think other service centers are better,my take, try to avoid.

Unfortunately cant go any higher, poor communication, dont reply any messages, had to contact the salesman, ignoring phone calls, had to use the service they have deal with my insurance. After the repair the bumper was loose , they said its ok.... in other service said that it should have been fixed. Also they didnt stick back on the back my car brand letters, when contacted the same sales, he just ignored the messages.

A good place to get your car serviced. Managed by AWR (Nissan and infinity Dealer) as non-agency garage. So low cost and same agency service. Though you may expect some delays as compare to Agency outlet of AWR

Pretty poor service over here. They kept the car for over a week for accident repair without acquiring the parts and finally when we said we cant keep paying the rental, they gave the car back having repaired the wrong place. They have said they will call and fix it once they get the parts. Will update the review if its better then

Their Service is very Bad. They took one month to repair small damage to my car. And even after one month it wasnt properly repaired. I had to take it back to garage again.
