Very poor customer service. Visited with a friend to collect car new key. Their attitude is careless one. Even my friend had same experience by visiting them earlier. For the money that you charge to customers, you can extend some better support & smiles & attitude. Yes last but not least. Their fresh brew coffee was worst. Better ask for Nescafe. 😁

Very bad experience with certified pre owned car, I bought GL500 which supposed to be inspected and certified by professional service team in Gargash, however Just few weeks after receiving the car I started to face multiple quality issues which make me visit the service center more than 5 times in 1 year, they never managed to fix the problem from first time, they failed to provide professional service, very expensive, giving promises which they don’t fulfill, most of the time are unreachable on the phone.I’m disappointed for having such bad service for great manufacturer like Mercedes Benz.

Pathetic customer service.Requested an urgent call back for my car breakdown and still didn’t get any response from gargash. Tried numerous times but not even a single number provided by gargash is responded. Probably the staff is too busy with coffee and cigarette breaks. The cheapest and worst customer service i ever experienced in UAE.

Good Service by advisor Aneel Victor, but they took a week to return my car.

Customer service needs a lot of improvement. My car delivery after service was delayed, no body called me to inform. Rather, I called them 5+ times, and they said theyd called back, which they didnt. Also, I wasnt happy coz I was told the incorrect cost of service. They told 2400 AED + tax for a normal service and I knew it was 1900 + tax. When I confronted and pushed back, they immediately agreed for 1900+ tax. Overall, not a great experience from such a premium brand.

Good service, Muhammad Fiaz was very helpful throughout the process. Bit of a delay in delivery of vehicle I believe due to Ramadan timings.

Rip off. Worst service EVER. The sales Person knew nothing about he car we bought. I got more info from Google.They will force you into service as well. My car was driven 8000 kms that year. I only wanted oil and filter changed, but Gargash decides that I NEED a new air filter and brakes and AC service. Total driven till this service was 20,000 kms in three years. Which other brand needs a overhaul like this at 20k kms?!GARASH SERVICE also does not UAE MOBIL ONE. The service rep had no clue. He said they use Valvoline.I took the E300 to Orange Auto and got he whole service for 700/- with MOBIL ONE.

Mercedes cars showroom and workshop with the highest reputation in the global market. The reception station is in the workshop and it has employees with long experience in dealing with the customer, and the place is very elegant.

Nobody picks up the phone. Spent 30 minutes to get through, but could not get an answer on spare parts for the car. Useless. Shame !!!!
