Prices are higher then you can order online. Staff is very poorly trained - in the middle of your order can pickup the phone and take order from another customer leaving you waiting. Some speak very poor English. Very basic knowledge about parts and manufacturers. Rarely can offer good alternative, in case a product is not available in stock at this moment.

These guys are cheaters. They sold me a non working bulb for 200 AED and turned out to be faulty. Took it back and was told that they dont return these items.
