Hey Folks! Do yourself a favor and run away from these people / this site. Its just another scam in a different shade. I simply asked for a photo of what I wanted to buy (I was already skeptical but cant hurt to ask) and that could not be done. Pick a reason, they have it covered and will probably try to make you feel bad for asking. I did not because I already knew where this was going. They are pros. Period. but if I can help one person from not getting scammed, Ill do it here. A zero star is not an option or I would have done that.As I said. They are professional scammers. Response (a reputable company would never feel the need to do this):Dear sir, I have check your emails history. You try to force our sales team to give you confirmation for the item which is not available in our own warehouse and then in the same time you ask them to give you a picture of the same item which is also not available with us and we need to order it to our supplier to bring the item to our warehouse without any down payment or purchase confirmation from your side which we don’t think any supplier will do. So really it’s better when you want to put review for some other company at list be honest and put all the truth instead of saying some fake story!!! We can also now put all your emails and communications here as proof of our work if you want!!!

Unfortunately, I dealt with this store, lack of credibility and unprofessionalism in dealing and not responding to messages. My story started on 06/23/2021. I purchased a piece through the website and paid the amount via an electronic payment method. The invoice came to me in the mail and free shipping. A few days later, I received another message with high fees on shipping, so I asked them for pictures of the piece to make sure of it, and they refused. I canceled the order and so far they have not returned my payment until the date of writing the comment 7/15/2021 I do not recommend dealing with them

But almost 2 months delay without any courtesy calls in between made my experience with Max Speed the worst I have ever encountered. I hope Max Speed rectifies these issues on priorities. I have emailed the sales team for the refund and let me wait and see how this experience would be.

Stars are for the parts and not for the wait and communication. You have to be desperate for your parts to order through them.For my Volvo XC90 no one had them readily available, even Volvo service themselves. It took more than 2 months after ordering to arrive, their commination stopped after 1st month and I thought I have been scammed.Parts are genuine and from OEM. Prices are accurate and if I had ordered directly through ebay or European online vendors, would have costed me more.

Then they just dropped off the face of the earth. The most terrible customer experience and level of unprofessionalism I have ever seen. I placed my order on 15 Dec 2020 with a promised delivery in 2w. After 7 weeks and numerous unanswered calls, whatsapps and emails, i am told the part was actually discontinued and proposed to replace it with another one 7x more expensive. After asking for refund, no answer again. Covid cannot be blamed for consistent lies, unreliability and unprofessionalism! Unless you like being scammed, do not buy here!

It would be better if the politeness of the employee will be translated into good system and service. the lightheartedness and politeness of person on the phone can calm you down.. but still their services requires improvement.still a legit seller though.

Worst customer service I have ever encountered. What should have been a simple straightforward transaction turned into a nightmare stretching over weeks. Emails are not responded to and when the customer asks a simple question like, What is the status of my order? they do not bother to respond and instead issue a refund because that is the easy way out. The management of Maxspeed should either improve their service or simply close the business down and stop treating their customers with contempt. I will NEVER do business with Maxspeed again and I advise others to think twice before they deal with this company.

Bad Experience, i ordered one part online from them, selected by my own courier, then next day phone-called them their receptionist said i will cal you back after checking. Then on phone call she keep on insisting me to Pay AED 25 for courier, i told him i have selected free delivery (by my own courier) option, i am working just next to you i can come and collect my order. Then she said i will call you, then rather then calling they cancelled my order , i got an email the order is cancelled.Not a great experience at all.
