Overall a very good experience dealing with ‘dubizzle pro’ especially Javed from Purchasing. He was very helpful and assisted us through the entire car transfer process. He even came to the Tasjeel office at short notice when the perisn I was supposed to meet there did not show-up. All in all, I would surely recommend dubizzle pro to all my friends who wish to sell/buy cars.My only regret(if any) was the offer that I got from dubizzle pro for one of my cars(BMW 3-Series). It was well below the price that I could have got had I listed my car on dubizzle pro. Unfortunately, out of sheer desperation to sell one of my cars, I accepted the offer only to realise that I could have done better on the dubizzle listing. The fact that I got a good price for my other car (Jaguar XF) which I listed on dubizzle pro was proof enough for me that I should have gone the listing route with my BMW as well.

I went to have my car inspected and was late for 10 minutes because I could not find the place and no one was answering the phone who sent me he location, so when I got there, I asked the person there if they can do a quick evaluation of the car just so that I have an idea of how much they would offer AND IT WAS AN INSULTING OFFER. Nevertheless, on my observation, I can see that they are unorganized and just wants to lowball customers. Really dont recommend their service.

We offered the car for a reasonable price and they bought it from us after their initial inspection (they had an offer within 10 min of posting the ad). Since it was sold the same day there was no fee. Signed the deal on the spot, drove our car to their parking in Studio City and got a lift back to my place. Paid a visit to RTA to change ownership and hand in the plates (520 AED) - got help from the Dubizzle pro kiosk there as well.Three days later I got the money in my bank account as promised.It was a hassle-free process.

Complete failure in selling my car for a month now. I used their service to manage selling my car. They manage the calls and everything. In one month 1 person showed interest in my car, despite being in perfect shape and agency maintained. They were supposed to bring him to my place to view the car. I waited for 2 hours and no one came. They didn’t even bother to pickup the phone and tell me that the appointment is canceled. Sell your car yourself! Don’t rely on them, incompetent.

DONT USE THIS SERVICE.This Dubizzle Pro is either a joke or a scam. They either have no idea what theyre doing or they just wait you out until youre absolutely desperate and sell your car for a huge loss.Save your time and money, sell your car yourself.
