The guys at auto bank are amazing. They helped me sell my Audi that I had cared for so well for a good price, and buy my Bentley that was also a perfectly kept car for a great price. When I had scratches or tyre issues they advised me and helped my fix them seamlessly. They are kind, patient and honest. I would only go to them now for my car concerns.

Absolutely the worst experience you can ever experience with a used car showroom. Very bad attitude from the owner towards the costumer . Not a bit Costumer friendly.Went to purchase a Jeep Wrangler. Car seemed in good condition. Agreed on a price, with insurance transfer .Promised to transfer the full cover insurance along with it. Made the advance payment. Went there the next day and says can’t change the insurance to my name. Nor won’t reduce the price of insurance which was already been added to the car price. More over asking extra payment for vehicle testing fee. I MEAN WHO SELLS THEIR CAR AND ASKS THE BUYER TO PAY FOR THE VEHICLE TESTING?Would never recommend anyone to buy from them. They keep changing their words after the deal is closed.

The owner is a very kind and gentle man but however the workers are full of attitude. I purchased a car from them 3 months ago and it has been breaking down from day one. They fixed the first issue saying they will cover under warranty and all the other issues they said it’s not cover. They basically sold me a broken car. I do NOT recommend them at all.

I have wasted my time and money checking one of the cars in a different garage just to make sure.Apparently, I have Found more than 7 items that should be replaced/fixed that they haven’t spotted.The team has sent the car to the agency since it was still under warranty once I showed them all the items that have been foundI have asked them to provide the report that came from the agency just to double check what have been changed/fixed. apparently they told me that I need to wait until Sunday! we have both agreed that I will come on that day and check the report and finalize the purchase (all in cash)AFTER ALL THIS HUSLTE THEY SOLD IT TO ANOTHER PERSON!!Such a disappointment. Can’t trust them anymore. And most importantly the false promises that was given which is the most important thing than any car or money! I hope you will learn your lesson moving forward ...

I liked one car there and they were saying the car has full history with the agency which wasnt since 2017. I wish there is zero star for these guys. Had bad experience with them from the start.I bought a convertible from them a few months ago, bit overpriced but I liked the car. First day, roof blocked and couldnt close it, they just said it was working with them.After half a year I decided to sell the car, as I m planing to leave the country, when I realizied it was realy overpriced. They saw the add and they called me to buy it back. I tried to get the approx price over the phone, since they know the car, but they told me I should come as they need to see it. After few days I spoke with their representative and she told me to come that same day. After 30mins I was there, and then they told me that they are not buying cars at the moment, and that she didnt know. Didnt even try to apologise for my wasted time. Worst service ever!!!

Before going there tell them about ur car detail apparently they don’t read the add properly. They called me and ask me to bring the for inspection and they pay cash . I assumed they would have read my add . And went there and did all inspection and start asking questions and when i said it’s US specs they said they only bus GSS specs but when i said I mentioned in add ,They just simply apologized . I waste my time to go all the way there for they simply not caring peoples precious time .But The garage is nice though. Nice cars for sell

I bought a Ford Edge from them 5 months ago! We have travelled 3000km in it only and broke down. We got a mechanic to look at it and there’s 9000aed worth of damage to the engine and gearbox! The machanic says the car has had this damage for a long time and has probably had a temporary repair just to sell. Seller nice to my wife and kids, ok to me I guess!!! Nice cat in the office though

I purchased a Ford Edge 5 months ago. Three times it’s been in the garage for repair. Back windows stuck down now, second time this has happened.Brackets, relays and motor broken. Up to now it has cost us nearly 13000 aed in repair bills. Latest garage says the engine has had a temporary repair. During the first repair AutoBank simply stated, ‘what do you expect with a second hand car,’ or words to that effect. I’m not impressed with the after sales care and will not use this company again.

They are giving the best rate, and compared to any other shop who are buying cars, they dont stall in giving the BEST rate. We went to 5 different shops and it took them 30 mins or more before giving us the price, they are just delaying the process BUT this shop? they took only 5 mins inspecting the car and he was able to give us the BEST offer. IF you want the best offer, and u want to save time, truly visit this shop. And one thing, they pay CASH, so if you really need the money you can have it in a snap. Unless you need quick cash, the price they offer is far below fair.I was contacted by Autobank to come have my car evaluated as it has been listed on a popular car selling site - I did not approach them myself. Prior to confirming my appointment, I asked straight up if the prices they offer are low like usual cash places are since I had read several negative reviews - I was told that this is not the case there and if the car is in a good condition, then the price would be fair. Still hesitant, I gave it a try - not only do they not know a difference between a basic and a sport model, they then argue with you over some car listing sites where you clearly try to point out the differences of an upgraded model, they dont listen and then offer you quote that is 20k below what youd be able to sell the car yourself.So unless you are in a real hurry to get cash and lose from the value of the car, this is not worth your time. Disappointed and frustrating 45 min.

Unless you consider your car as junk and want to get rid of it, do NOT go there!If you love your current car and your reason for sale is to try to upgrade to a new car, this is not the place for you.I had a very bad experience yesterday and didnt even receive a call back from their management despite them being informed by staff I wasnt happy with them.Below is what I experienced there:1. I was courted several times over Whatsapp after they saw my ad to come to their location. After agreeing on a time of appointment and even confirming it 15 minutes before I reached, I was told that the manager is out and Ill need to wait 20-30 mins. Ironical considering the company tagline.2. While waiting in the room for the manager/advisor, one of the staff asked for my car keys . When I asked why, he said he wants to start it up and see if all functions work inside . I gave him the keys and seconds later saw him backing up the car to take it somewhere. When I ran upto the car and asked him , he said it was a test drive. Weird that I wasnt told he was planning to drive away with my car .3. I decided to sit in the car on this test drive since I had valuables in the car and dont want them to go unattended. As soon as I sat in the car, the guy leaves the car saying he will be back. 10 minutes pass with the engine running and I ask why no one wants to get the test drive done. He asks one of the mechanics who was working on another car to come down and drive my car.4. I wasnt too happy with the fact that they choose to do things without letting me know what they intend to do with my car. I let it slide anyways.The mechanic, who obviously is sweaty from working on the car, walks right in and sits in the drivers seat of the car I have always maintained well. Again, I let that slide .5. Then he proceeds to take a test drive (read as joy ride) in my car along the Al Quoz street in front of the shop . This street has traffic , but he brakes hard to a stop and accelerates hard from a standstill to ~100kmph on that 40kmph street . SEVERAL times.If your car is in good condition, a few of these will certainly burn the clutch. So best of luck trying to sell it later. I protest to him that this isnt a professional way to test. A company of this nature should do a Dyno test instead of risking the safety of others on the false bravado of I know what I am doing6. The best part is , after all this he says he needs his manager to do a test drive too since he wasnt sure yet. I told him the car has full service history and is still under Al Tayer original warranty. The mechanic says I dont trust all that.Once I reached back to the shop, I told him I am unhappy and I dont wish to continue with this nonsense. He told me to do what I wanted and left without even asking me to talk to a supervisor.So I did and that will be the end of it.Avoid . Avoid. Avoid. Unless you really hate the junk your car is and have to get rid of it.If you love your current car ; this exercise WILL surely hurt you because they will treat your car as junk . They treat cars like they are junk and you wont appreciate it.

Please dont waste your time going to this place. He just want you to be desperate, And tell us a cooked up story of car which would be a better spec than ours ( Of-course ) for a very low price. So I would recommend people who are willing to sell your car for a fair price not to approach AUTO BANK. You may waste your time and fuel reaching this place.

Time wasters. Anyone wishing to sell there car close to market valve should avoid this company. Was offered 45% less than asking price after visiting their workshop for an inspection. First thing out of sellers mouth was car in great condition, but you wont be happy with the price. I wasnt......

If you need to sell your car fast, use an alternative like sellanycar.ae you would get a better offer, and you can at least check online an approximate offer without going there to waste your time...
