I would have given negative star if that was an option. Until the purchase of the car everything was fine. But after that getting ur initial deposit amount is impossible with this team. Utterly disappointed with the lack of u professionalism shown. Complete disregard for the customer after the business.I paid deposit on Oct 2020Bought the car in Dec 2020Its now Sep 2021 still havent received my deposit amount, paid the full deal amount through bankI have contacted the support team and provided them with the proof over and over.And every time they start from zero and end up saying we will check with finance team and call u back. And no1 calls backHonestly speaking I have spent more than 100 aed on calling them to get my 3000 aed deposit back. Which should have been done on the same day of the transaction of the car.STICTLY RECOMMENDING NOT YO DO BUSINESS WITH DUBIZZLE PRO!!!!!!!!!!!!

Please never trust Dubizzle Pro. Their sales man are big liars.I recently bought a car and one of its sales person Riyad informed me that car is in very good condition and gave false promises, when I took the car to mechanic it cost me additional 7k to fix car.I am very much disappointed with Dubizzle Pro and Riyad in particular, where he claims to be the most honest sales man but he gave all wrong information to sell his car.

This service is a scam. I sold my car on dubizzle and they took the money directly from the customer promising me that they will do a bank transfer. It’s been more than 6 days amd despite multiple calls and emails there is no response from them. This service is a scam. Please stay away from it. I am paying them aed 1300 for giving me unnecessary head ache. I should have sold the car on my own or through car switch.

I feel like I wasted my time using dubizzle pro. Although the salesman was friendly and drew my attention to things I missed. He still didn’t mention issues with the car that I would have to spend to fix immediately. (The tyres all failed their service)I was attracted to the sale by the advertisement and this stated it was in perfect condition inside and out (which it was not) stains on the seat inside and a scuffed bumper with paint chips all around the car. Moreover the advert stated the call was fully serviced, again a reason I spent my time perusing. When taking a closer look at the report it only had a partial service. All in all I would have not wasted my time had the advert been clear and issues with the car had been declared properly.

My experience with Dubizzle Pro was very satisfactory. From car inspection to sale everything was just perfect and smooth. You should basically do your own research of the market before approaching them and try to get the asking price as per your expectation and not theirs. If you have good knowledge, Dubizzle Pro team will support your asking price. Ad posted in less then a day, all paperwork was clear and unambiguous (Do give a good read before signing & secure copies for reference).The person (dont remember name) who inspected the car and took the pictures for ad said, your car is one of those categories which is hard to sell. Guess what the car was sold within 3 days :D.The person who dealt with me from Dubizzle Pro was Mr. Riyad AlAhmed. I must say he is a fine gentlemen and communicated very clearly from the very first call he made to me. Kept a close follow-up during the entire process and convinced the buyer to close the deal near to what I was expecting as final selling price. Once the deal was made and he made sure that the funds are transferred by the buyer, he sent me a formal selling note and asked to handover the car. He also made arrangements for me with their local city team so that handover and official paper work goes smooth. I am impressed with his dealing and how he managed the things remotely.Now, to the not so good part, Dubizzle Pro accounts team messed the whole experience at the end. Despite, confirmation they failed to transfer funds to my account within 2-3 days. They even didnt bother to respond to most of my emails. I again had to contact Mr. Riyad, who was always available to provide answers which others should have done.Dubizzle Pro Team should revisit their payment procedures to support the seller and keep their confidence in the process, at least they should consider paying 20-25% of the selling price to seller as advance so that they are also satisfied. In my case it was almost a week for payment which was not so comfortable.PS: If you get a call from Dubizzle Pro & Mr. Riyad is dealing your ad, take it seriously, he will get you the best possible offer.

About the PRO service in Abu Dhabi. They call you for a car viewing and a minute before the appointment they call back and say the appointment was cancelled. The car i bought had a faulty report there was items on the report that said the functionality is fine whereas the option was not even there on the car.For example for me the report said that the car has cruise control working fine whereas in reality there was not even an option in the car for cruise control additionally the car report said there is no oil leak in the car whereas when I got the car I had a major oil leak issue.So I would recommend not availing this service its just a waste of money not worth it get the car inspected in a garage!

I bought a VIP service to buy a Range Rover. Shortlisted 2 cars and they did the inspection and bought the recommended car.Later I realised that they gave me the wrong advise. They dont even know the difference between the HSE and Vogue SE, being in the business! Also they cheated me on the pricing part.Later i cam eto know from the seller that they had forced him not reduce the price even if he was ready to. And the car had serious wheel alignment issues and had to spent a lot of money to repair; but still its not fixed properly.Never ever go to them to buy especially a premium/luxuray vehicle, they have no clue! I regret the decision to buy their service! if I had approached the seller directly, i could have got a much lesser price.
