Blocked my account for 4days with no access to any services all in the name of updating cdd. A simple update of information took the bank 4days to do. This is very poor customer service.

Very crowded. Need to increase the counters to manage customers. Felt that the things are not well organized

I appreciate ENBD trying to digitalize the whole customer call experience if you face any problems but It is equivalent to a guaranteed frustrating one and not solving the problem. It has been 2 weeks I have been trying to speak to a human being but the phone always gets disconnected thanks to EVA! ENBD guys will call you religiously to sell Free For Life credit cards but as a customer when we need to reach out for assistance, Eva - who is useless and a double beep letting you know the call gets disconnected is what u get.

Absolutely best branch that i visited , lady that assisted me Jenet was really professional, friendly and helpful. An usually helps to her i finished everything in really fast time she knows what she was doing i can highly recommend this branch. And really one more time big thanks

I used the cdm machine, no issues at all.

Busy time with only 1 teller open. Zero attention to customer service. While being served teller was more interested in her mobile phone than paying any attention to me and actually listening to my request.

Very bad survice. I came to wadraw some cash. My debit card got stuck in ATM machine. I went to manager his name is Savio Fernandes. I asked him to help me. He said that Itis impossible to take my card out from ATM and card will be destroyed. I told him please can you contact main office and ask what to do? Maybe there is any chance to help me because Im tourist in Dubai and all money what I have in this cars that got stucked. He said no. Card will be destroyed. He was very rude and I left. later I called to trasgard company and they said no problem we will take your card out and will deliver to branch. I got a call from office (trasgard company) that my card in branch and I can go and collect it from manager. When I came to Mr Savio Fernandos he said I dont have any card and he was keep watching his computer monitor and ignoring me and I was standing in his office. I told him please I got a call that my card in branch then he start to shout at me and I left.So after 5 days I got my card back.Thanks a lot for MR Valentine (trasgard security) Who helped me a lot. He called to office and found solutionAnd how come manager he doesnt know that its very easy to take card out???? And Itis not destroyed???Kindly wanna ask manamanagment of NBD bank to take action.And one more!!!! Mr Savio FerFernandes didnt have any rights to shout at me

Worse institution in the world, by far....poorest customer service, proactive trying to cheat you and misleading sales / marketing. Avoid avoid avoid.

It was one of the worst banks i have ever visited , there is only one man at cash counter most of the time handling al the costumers , the minimum waiting hour is 30 to 45 minutes !!!
