Huge line always,just visited before 1 hour,.long que,no security person available.,inside cabin more people accumulated , there are 3 machines but only one was working.......why no one from bank checking........pathetic experience in covid 19 season........this has to be seriously taken by branch management

I had a CAR LOAN with Emirates Islamic Bank ,which got just over,and I approached them to get the clearance to Dubai RTA,for registration,and they charged me 100aed,telling this is the charge to RTA.I payed this amount.Now when I checked with one of my freind who did same thing (car loan clearance) with ADCB,he did not pay any single amount for this.Strange.

Received a torn 500 dhs note from the atm. And the bank wont give me a fresh note.

Cosy but 3 ATM machine , can finish your task early
