I wish if I could rate -1 star for this bank brach.. too many staff no knows wat Tey are doing. This branch should be called as CONFUSSION FOLLOWED BY CONFESSION . Good tat we r closing our account. They only need 100 millions or more.. Tey do not respect SME

Terrible service, I accompanied a friend for closing an account. They said they will take 2 weeks to respond to a query!!! No wonder they keep merging. At this rate they will soon merge with another. Not recommended.

Bank is closed. But the ATM is open 24 hours

I used ATM cash deposit machine & took photos today morning. Its well working all time for public. You should enter inside to use ATM machines.

Attitude is very bad of customer care , i entered at 1 30 took my token andrand on counter 2 ,she said we dont workawork 1 :30. They are earning sallary without work. Where is branch manager. Poor pooor poor.

I just been again to this branch and Mr Sachin was as ever the best person you can ever meet in a bank. Very helpful as always on the top of his work. Very polite very energetic , Always help the customer and go extra mile to help.I just want to say Mr Sachin Pandey is great person he knows how to deal with the customers how to help them and make then happy with the bank. I got all my relatives to register with the same bank as it is the same branch ever.Mr Sachin knows how to guide the customers and solve all their issues smoothly . He is extremely helpful and really NBD bank should be proud to have a banker like him working thereGreat branch, great people working there, very welcoming and professional. I went today to Emirates NBD, Abu Baker Al Siddique Rd to open an account and met Mr Sachin Pandey the Personal Banking Advisor, he was externally professional, very welcoming, pleasant and really helpful. He explained all the bank products and services which are suitable for me.I would diffidently give NBD Abu Baker Branch 5 stars for employing such helpful and pleasant person like Sachin. He diffidently represent the core value of Dubai. This is Dubai which I use to hear about when I was living in the UK; full of good people.

Worst experience ever, the bank decided to close my account for no reason & I followed up with them many times to know the reason but no one give me a reasonable reason to close my account !!

Always big queues for Cash Deposit machines even till late night. They should be increased.

One of the worst services is this branch in Al Muraqqabat. I tried them almost 3 times, and every time the treatment is bad, and instead of facilitating services for the customer, they make them more difficult... Advice no one deals with them

The bank now, instead of facilitating the lives of customers, everything has become complicated, congestion on the ATM, and the employees inside the branch are in a deep sleep, the degree of risk in dealing with money is very high, withdrawal and deposit is very high, and even the waiting times inside the bank are illogical, the bank wants to save costs on Customer convenience account, online service is very slow and phone banking service is zero in every sense of the word, I request the bank management to intervene urgently
