I was in number 38 but 39 and 40 theyve been waiting same service as I am they wait 5 min and I had to wait more than 50! If my platinum card is not willing to get me faster what is the point, I mean this card cycle to get you faster is not fair to anyone and should be looked at itThere were another woman had to babies waiting for more than an hour ! She is a customer too. Ill change the bank because of they services
