Islam Elhabashy is an unqualified architect to join any company in Dubai , he came to our office with his CV without any invitation for an interview hoping that we can be kind to him and give him a chance to be part of our team , I gave him personally a test that he failed to fulfil and he was marketing him self as a professional and team leader !!?? with only 4 years !!!?? of experience in RAK , which by any Dubai standard means zero experience , Schuster Pechtold is a well respected company with over 30 years of experience , the projects that we did you will only dream to be part of it , I can post the work that you claim that you have done and Im very sure you havent , your coworkers at are the ones that did it and your just trying to benefit for their hard work to get an opportunity to work in an office in Dubai ,try to be professional and work on your self , read regulations enhance your absent skills and lack of knowledge then and only then give your opinion of the company that gave you a chance.head architectproject director at Schuster pechtold

● I had an interview in this firm with the GM after I got an invitation from him and he asked me to do a test project for a mosque interior, I got the information and the files from an employee there his name is mohamed baydoun and then I left.● Two dayes later I apologized to the GM that I will not be able to join without any negative reasons.● This employee who is called baydoun texted me after that to ask me about the project and I apologized to him that I will not join the firm without mentioning any reason.● He started to speak in a negative way about that this is normal and that i couldnt fulfill the project and that im not a good architect as he said.● I informed him that i will not join due to the negative reviews on the internet which gave me negative impact about this firm which hire engineers and dont pay salaries.● His attitude was really poor and non professional and for sure Im so lucky that i will not join such a poor and non professional design department leaded by mohamed baydoun.● If anyone is interested to see all the documented conversations between me and him and the invitation from the GM .. please contact me to help you if you are applying for this firm as an architect or whoever.● Im so happy that he said that this is not my work so that means my designs are more strong and professional than he does.. The office really didnt quite live up to what I was looking for; My personal experience while doing a job interview was bad; Regardless of whether the type of services and studies they provide is of the same level of interest that workers receive there; Indeed, the salaries there are bad; Also, I have heard that workers are not paid salaries on time.
