When I approached this company I explained to them my design for the business. Everything went fine with 3D designs and approvals and so on. When it came to finishing it was really bad quality and bad bad products used. Keep in mind I purchased my own lights for the shop, my own marble for the flooring and my own furniture because of the quality that was provided i could not accept. The owner or manager whoever he is always asked the accountant for advance payment and if you did not oay they will stop the work. They over charge and refuse to take accountability for their bad job. I had approached them with my concerns of finishing quality and they disregarded it. I had to go to Dubai Municipality to open a case against them for them to come fix their bad work. I will attach pictures below of the quality of finishing for all to see and beware of this company. I have spent close to 400,000 dhs with them for a shop that is 1,400sqft. There are better reputable companies out there do your research before anything. All the wood work is bad quality, all the grouting has peeled. All the doors are loose all work is so bad i will need to strip everything and do it all over again. The gypsum walls are cracking, we haven’t been open for even a year yet and its falling apart. Never again will I use them.
