Despite the low rating that I saw on Google. My experience was perfect. I had a faulty AC. I called the hotline on a Wednesday evening past 6pm. I got an immediate response with very professional person answering my query. Within less than 24 hours a very knowledgeable technician showed up at my door and took care of the issue. Thank you for a great service
They are supposed to be the authorised Samsung service Center but have their own rules and regulations. The first thing they do is charge you a minimum of AED 50 + tax for even checking what is wrong with a malfunctioning product one brings in. It is adjustable against service should you get the product repaired there. So essentially you’re charged for a quote. And parts are expensive. While the team at the front does its best to explain, it is the management who seem to think like they are in a monopoly market. Highly unlikely to return. Have given two stars since the repair seems to have been done right.
Extremely poor customer service,go to local market they will serve you much better......counter staff deals customers as if they have giving us charity service.... Poor customer support .....Never go there unless it is a warranty productThey charge you for inspection for non warranty product ,and do not give us proper feedback about the actual issue with the product given

During the pandemic you need to have a functioning website where customers can order and pay online. I tried to order a turn table plate for my microwave. They are a lot cheaper than other sites and will deliver for free within 5 days, however I need to go there and pay in person, which means I cant as it is not an essential service so I cant get permission to leave my house! Problem.

I paid and ordered a shelf for my fridge 2 mounth ago. It was sent for different fridge number from Korea. Costomer Service Representative told me, it will be delivered to my home once the right item arrives. Since then (2 months) no news. I called customer service, someone takes my number, says someone will call me back. They are online from whatsapp but not responding. Worst customer service ever..
Came here to get a replacement part for my Samsung Microwave. The prices were very reasonable and even cheaper than online. The staff member was knowledgeable and polite. Would recommend for getting your spare parts here.
Very poor service from the juma al majid service centre team..The staff is not trained n no customer service knowledge...I think they r spoiling the company name by unprofessional staff ..kindly the head of the department needs to look at the staff and hear the customer feedback.. never gonna buy a product if the service is not prompt...
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They took my AED55 for the inspection where they FAILED to repair my microwave where it keeps getting faulty (same failure) after 4 attempts! And they never bothered to compensate in giving full refund instead they CHARGED me the inspection charges! Reminder to everyone DO NOT SEND your appliances here for the fix. They will charge us same as new unit and their manager is ignorant and they have ZERO customer experience.
It’s not worth to repair vacuum cleaner! Non refundable price to leave the vacuum cleaner for check up is 52 dhs, and the price to repair it was 357dhs. The new one costs half the price. So if you do not repair it, you end up spending a taxi ride price plus 52dhs 😭 for a vacuum that you won’t be able to use later. Save the money and buy a new one! The workers there are nice, but the prices are ridiculous.
Techichen has been scheduled before 7 days, from 9.00 AM till 12.00 AM and he didnt showed up. Its takes me 6 hours just to reach them, and answer that I got was too much traffic, really? This why you cant call me? This why I have to stay at home for 6 hours and wait you? Worth expirience ever.
Worst Experience. Based on my experience suggest few things.1. Take another opinion before you decide give you appliances to them for repair.2. During the technician visit make sure that note state current equipment state. Once appliance is in there service centre they will make believe that nothing is working. Also check the name etc and mention to technician right there and put in writing.3. This is an authorized service centre so if you connect with Samsung call centre it doesnt mean that its done in Juma Al Majid service centre.4. Last but not the least. Dont expect them to be economical at all. They will try to change everything in your appliance by showing some carbon Marks, minuscule burning sign etc.If your experience was good then happy for you but my personal experience was pity bad and if there is a provision to give 0 star then could have done that.

This office is completely understaffed. I’ve called 10 times and have only gotten through once. I’m looking for a refrigerator part which should be a 5 minute task to tell me if it’s available in stock. Instead I’m told I’ll get a call back in 15mins. An hour later and still waiting for a call back. I’ve been trying to get in touch for 3 hours now. This is a complete waste of time for your customers. Increase staffing so your level of customer service can be improved.

Well had my washing machine serviced & repaired out here, with such a reasonable duration since it was on extended warranty. Personally went and visited this branch was so pleased with the welcome & customer service provided from Mr. Ahmad Al Asadi the manager and his team. A BIG THANKS to Mr.Radwan the technician who dedicated his time in visiting and troubleshooting the faults above all ensuring to deliver a detailed report to the service center covering all aspects and complaints, as well a special thanks to Mr. Mahmoud who made sure that the washing machine arrives to my place according to my desired timings he was quite helpful in fixing the machine and placing firm rubber underneath the stands ensuring minimal vibration. Great job Samsung Team Al Qusais 👍🏻
New Samsung refrigerator bought 3 months back is not working.First complaint raised.. Juma al majid est took the unit.. no standby fridge given.. 1 week we had to use neighbors fridge..serviced and brought back.. replacing new compressor.. within a week its malfunctioning again now..Made 2nd complaint and they are not ready to provide standby and take it for service..Worst service and turn around time.
Location was easy to find,reception was prompt and follow up information quick.Have to revert on overall service performance for repair of Samsung microwave oven.
I sent my coffee machine to be repaired. They finished it on time, briefed be with tips and best practices of its usage. When I got home, it worked BETTER THAT IT WAS NEW!!! Even the coffee quality and quantity are better :)
Very disappointed with their service. Extremely slow service, took almost 3 weeks to fix my washing machine. They definitely have to improve on their communication. You can arrange any time you want with them, technician will come at their convenience, very unprofessional.
