I was looking for Al Quoz warehouse number and location. But Eros website had only Jebel Ali number.The Jebel Ali operator gave me Al Quoz number and finally the Al Quoz operator gave me their location details.

Worst service experience. Bought a new dispenser Brand (Midea YL 1635T) from Emax store at Mirdif city Centre. Hot water was not working, when we brought it home. We called them and complaint, technician came fix something and went away. Next stay our house electricity goes off due to water dispenser. We called them again and the technician came to check, he said that it’s not gonna fix and we need to send it back for a replacement. It’s been 3 weeks already we haven’t heated back anything. Every time, we have to call for a follow up. Selling faulty stuff, bad brand. Don’t buy Midea water dispenser #Mideawaterdispenser #YL1635T. I am claiming for my money back or a replacement with some other brand.

They should change their name to Liars Group.Dont buy anything from Eros or LULU as they are the supplier of LULUs home appliances.I will spread my bad experience everywhere to warn people from you!
