Extremely bad experience. I’m not sure how these good reviews are being posted. These guys are professional frauds.They’ve taken AED 570 for a dishwasher repair and they have done absolutely nothing g. When they returned it claiming it to be repaired I should them that the faults were not gone. They asked me to run a few cycles with it abs they would repair anything within 30 days. Since that they have blocked my number and never returned calls. I will be taking a consumer complaint with these guys - but anyone who is looking for repair services please do not look for these guys.

I paid 800 dirhams for my dryer to be fixed, when they returned it with a new motor, it had developed a new problem that it did not previously have. Then when I got them out to fix it again they were 2 HOURS late, and it still wasn’t fixed. They came out a third time and actually fixed it, but only after I demanded a refund.

Such a irresponsibility, use less service. came to repair my refrigerator, The guy who came for repair , he said he changed some parts, paid 200 AED. it was not working even after that, called and informed them , the answer was, they dont have time, so they canot come, I paid for nothing. They are not ready to refund the amount, not picking the call . This is there service. I need to complaint Dubai government against them to get my money back. Never recommend there service, they are just cheating there customers.

I managed to break the oven door and called to see if they could replace it, I was promised a 24 hour turn around which was always optimistic but I couldnt get overly excited at getting it back 48 hours later. When it was returned the engineer tried to refit it using the old washer from the gas supply, instead of a new one which he knew he should as soon as I questioned it, but the best part which I didnt notice at the time was the pre-scratched new door and the fact they had cut a section out of the side panels to make the incorrect door fit which has resulted in a constant vibration whenever to oven is used!

Took 4 days for a simple repair. With 3 times rework. Need to be more professional and keep trained staff.

The first appointment was a no show although confirmed and they had a pin location. When contacting them to ask if they were still coming, they said they forgot. Move the collection to next day and they never replied to the messages anymore after repeated reminders.Cannot comment on the service as they never showed up but unprofessional is the least I can say.

Dear those with broken appliances,I urge you to save your money, find an alternative service store or buy yourself a new appliance.They took my washing machine for a repair, 3 days after return, it broke again. I have been chasing them for weeks, but with no response. It started with not answering my calls, and now theyre not responding to my texts. Please be careful!I feel scammed, cheated out of my money, and incredibly furious with the way things were handled by them.

These thieves repaired my washing machine and took 300 dhirams. After 3 weeks same matter came.. I called them and they have blocked my number also...Very bad in profession.. I might go and complain about them for authorities...Don’t trust these guys

I do not recommend at all! They took from me 400 dhs to fix the dryer when they initially asked for 650 dhs and I refused. Less than 10 days later, the dryer stopped working and they wouldnt answer my calls and messages. Basically they are crooks so stay away from them.

Worst company.They took my dishwasher and returned it without changing any parts or problem.The dishwasher was not fixed at all.They charged 550 aed.When we called them to ask to come and check why not working within 2 hours of repairs .. they don’t answer phone now or reply to messages.Don’t trust this company as they cheat you and also try and come at off times like 8 pm at night to repair.They claim to fix it ,Repair it but do not do it ...tHEY WONT even give the INVOICE for services done.This is their other company.. please don’t trust these guysThey are same company as RBD technical repair .Atleast you should give proper service if taking money for it and not cheat people .

Got my water cooler (for gardeners / labourers) fixed by them which was not really fixed at all. It developed more problems after it was returned and they refused to take responsibility for it. They had collected money and were not interested in returning to check it out. They were dodging my calls etc. Highly insincere ... sad that they were this insincere in the holy month of Ramadan as they knew the water was there for quenching the thirst of poor people.

I called them next day they come and fix it within 3 days and return as a new master piece.. Quality service and timing value of money perfect good luck

Our oven broke on Xmas day and we were hosting a meal on 27th December. Imran got our over working and back to us in full working order by 26th and it has been fine ever since.

Our washing machine has broken and went to call the number given above, they had took the washing machine and return it to us STILL NOT WORKING....we have been calling them ever since and they dont response to our calls anymore we have paid them 300 dirhams for the FALSE SERVICE, and now we are planning to report the Company to Police Authority.
