You charged me AED 490 but you didnt and I ended with another problem that it goes off before finishing the program

One word - CHEATS. There is no number of the shop, there is only mobile number. I had an issue with the washer/dryer. Came and took the machine. Delivered it after 2 days telling me that its fixed and took the money, fine. When I used it, the problem persisted so I called again and was told that theyll come to pick up the machine and since then, theyve stopped picking up my phone. Its my bad that I simply looked at the google review and called them. The shop doesnt even exist at the location.
