Safe place to stay but lift is slow

Don’t like security no open door if you forget the key card// not allow friends to visit,visitors//life not work properly// room not clean//

Good tower but below average accommodation

Im tenants in Manchester tower low service security an respectful they not allowed you enter if you forget access card not inform why not opening door in contract they not Inform with out card im not allowed to enter bldg and dirty stairs lift not working properly and security talking with you like they onor of your flat better pay bet more and stay with comfort when you came from work you have to stay next to door and security look at you and smile when you enter his so rud never greet you, really that my first month and Im so angry and mad from this place.

Good value for money. However lots of young single men seem to be sharing apartments making it noisy for families and social distancing in communal areas is difficult.Water was cut for half a day, and frequent false alarms.Elevators take forever to arrive.

Quite a popular tower in the Dubai Marina locality. It has rooms facing the Skheikh Zayed Road and a beautiful multilayer intersection of the roads as well as of the Marina (water) 😃Most expats stay in this tower in sharing apartments or rented studio/flats.There are many quick eateries and grocery stores just a few minutes away by walk.Also, JBR tram station and the Beach are 8-9mins away by walk from here and the same distance in the opposite direction is the JLT/DMCC Metro Station.Convenient, affordable and value for money 😁

Love its views and location... Apartments are very clean and recently built... Lifts are too slow... infact it may take even 10 min or more when you are waiting for lift in evening time...

The location is excellent and only few meters away from Dubai Marina. On the ground floor there is a multi cuisine 24X7 hour open restaurant. Well maintained apartments with affordable rent.

Never got my security deposit back, its been months and the agency is ignoring me, owner has the phone turned off.

DON’T EVER make a reservation with hotel. This hotel have lot’s of taxes which are not shown when you book the apartment but once they charged you, you will be chocked by the price. Also, the staff treatment is really awful. I tried to call the reception many times and every time they yelled at me and hanged up the call. They are thieves. Don’t waste your money and book with them.

Great views from the balcony

Stayed here for a holiday rental for a great price. Although, a couple of things didn’t go to plan. Concierge service wasn’t that helpful, and there’s no place to store bags or anything in the lobby including no toilets. The apartment itself was spacious but ripped wallpapers and needed updating. Views from the roof and pool area were great! Although if you’ve only got one key then you have to rely on people hearing you bang on the roof door to get in. This was a major annoying factor.

Lifts are slow.

The view from the balcony of Manchester Tower is spectacular! I think all sides of the apartment building has its own mesmerizing scenery. The photo shows the Sheikh Zayed road from the balcony. Half of the Marina Walk is also enjoyable to look at the other side.

Nuce and clean building

The building is lovely though Dim lighted a bit.Parking is an issue in peak hours, & before people go to work.

This is good building and you can rent a room here. Near a lot of supermarkets and this building not far from the metro. Also, it is near the sea. Need walk around 6-10 min with a good view.

The Manchester tower is one of the high rise building in Marina area. The lobby area is maintained well with good security protocol. The rooms are quite good, not too big but not too small either. The rent is Ok i would say . Facilities nearby are in ample. There is also a mosque opposite the tower. Overall a great place.

Location comparison to other marina towers is worst in terms of traffic, entry n exit. Building is old not well maintained.

One corner of Dubai Marina. Easy access to both marinas if you own a yacht.

-Nice and quiet place ,so close to the mosque also to marina walk 40 second,-The security services are very strict 5**** in terms of access to the tower and this is wonderful. There is no entry without knowing the details of the visiting person, no matter and no exceptional,-The pool is not big but Not crowded-The gym is not bad also ,not big and not crowded especially in the evening that what I believe,-Most residents from Europe or America are comfortable in dealing

Compact apartment building in Marina. Grocery stores are close by. Parking is very tight. Many at times other tenants will park in your designated space if they find it empty for a few days. No wheelchair access from parking area to lifts. Masjid is right opposite the entrance. All main attractions of Marina are close by.

Would not stay there. Pretty ghetto. Nice Views.

Its great experience in Marina

This overview is for all those who are planning to live in this building, and, therefore, move in furniture. First of all, I am sorry to inform you all that the security in this building is awful. We tried to move a person it into OUR apartment. For some odd reason, the security guard had some problems with that. The police was called. We had to come and sort this matter out, and we wasted hours on that. Once we have moved in, we experienced difficulties with the elevator system. Our apartment is on the 10th floor. Guess what? We waited for the elevator for a long time- which didnt come. We had to literally use the staircase to walk down. Guess what now? The exit was blocked due to some construction, and we had to walk out of the building via the parking (car) exit. Now, we need to understand something here. This is basic fire safety. I dont think that due to the exit being blocked people should burn alive.

Close to marina Beach and the mosque of the marina, the rent price is reasonable here

Didnt like it, apartments are with tiny kitchens.

Has amazing views of the Marina, a nice cosy pool with beach beds and a small gym with all the essential equipment. Laundry and saloon service right below the building.

There was no wifi for the first few hours, and we couldnt call the owner. It was resolved later. The pool is small though lol. Overall, besides those things that place is nice for a few hours relaxation.

Poor building. Very old and mold and leaks in all corridors. Apartment has huge crack down the wall and in very poor condition. So glad to have moved out of here after a long year of problems, AC and water heaters are very old and constantly having problems, leaking and damage caused which the estate agents will charge you for. be very careful which company you decide to go with I have had a very bad experience.

Longest elevator wait times in historyAt a bad day you could wait up to 20 mins for the lift...And security is ridiculous its like a bank but with more useless protocols and cameras and no benefits whatsoeverSwimming pool and the gym are so tiny you wont notice their existence in the first place and parking is tight and crammed. But its cheap I guess...
