🚨My experience is;🚨Horrible!!! Disgusting smell, very dirty garbage room, cockroaches in corridor and building needs lots of maintenance. The way elevators are programmed is insane, they pass you by so forget about priority. It also takes between 5-10 minutes to get out of the parking.At any point of time, you can be denied to access the parking as well as building because of non-payment of service charge from landlord’s side. Even though you pay your rent in advance to your landlord but still you won’t be allowed to enter the building because you are the tenant. Unbelievable!!!The only solution is to leave this building!

I was trying to put half star , security team is very rude ,they don’t respect the tenants at all , unprofessional building management ..imagine I have to visit the office 2 times a month to activate my access card 😅

Horrible security systems does not let cleaners into the apartment, the management at the building are beyond rude, they do not know how to speak with respect, treat you like your living for free ! they advertise a cleaning company on the display systems in the building and yet do not allow them to come up. they just dont allow any service up to your building its ALWAYS a problem with them, each security guard follows a different policy. some dont really care and allow anyone up and some just behave so badly rude. I wish Damac being a well known brand does something about this !

Rude security and really bad maintenance staff!Even the hardware used in the building is questionable and cheap for the price or what it calls itself LOAMS Maintainance ( the luxury part can not be seen in the building)

Low quality building with terrible maintenance stay away from anything that have Damac on it they just try to take money and zero service and zero quality in return !!

Too much rules and very difficult to get service like Maintenanc

If you have your own vehicle this is a good place to live

Too far from the action for anyone living without your family. You will need a car if you want to live here too as public transportation is almost non-existant.

Parking isn an issue and people do not park at their designated places
