Really high prices for aqua cool, I paid 2100 for 3 months as well as paying at least 200 per month for Dewa and I’ve travelled most of this time .. the first 3 weeks my ac did not even work properly. The views are good but this is a no from me. Rip off.

Chiller Free Building With Best Views And Services Great Size and Layout With Payment Plan And Good Rental Income.

The views are spectacular, but they are nowhere near worth having due to the extortionate price of the AC. I was at my apartment for four days during the month of July and the bill was in excess of 400 dirhams. This is absolutely ludicrous and shocking to say the least. There are plenty of other apartments in JVC that have amazing views and will certainly not put a dent in your pocket as big as Bloom Towers does. As if that’s not shocking enough, the bill for August was 710 dirhams and that’s with me having to switch off the AC at night due to the high pricing. Not worth it! I wish I knew this before I moved in. I really do.

I’m staying in the building Tower B and I highly not recommend this building just because of Aquacool Chiller, very very very very very high bill imagine AED 470 first month for 370sqf studio and if you have used Empower cooling system and used to think it was high bill, you will certainly forget about Empower so you can imagine, it’s big scam and they are looting the owners and Tenants here, I sent them email and no action has been taken but I was advise by email that you can keep 25degree or above don’t bring down. But REAL issue is 0.56 per unit they are charging to bloom and bloom is charging us 1.32 per unit more than double. It’s really a big scam by Aquacool and Bloom Management playing together.I have already brought the stand fan now and using fan only in the night time I use for couple of hours but still monthly bill is above 300 for last 2 months, it’s unbelievable.

Shocked that i got a high bill of 522 AED for a studio apt in this building! i dont even use the A/C during the day and its not even cooling enough! if only i knew, i wouldve move here! almost all the people i go in the lift are complaining for the same, basically all the tenants/owners are facing the same issue, weve file a complain with Bloom Management or even they sent a technician, i dont think they fixed the issue! Now, i am very worried to get my next bill!

Extremely Disappointing and Kind of Cheaters.I am living on tower A, got my connection done for Aquacool chiller on 31st July and barely used that day. CHARGES FOR A DAT 250AED. WTH!!!now SEPT chiller Bill is 1500AED ,, again barely Used.2. I have moved in to a new apartment and it has all door lock issues which had to complaint to N numbers of time and NO Response.Finally I had to call 360 management. and then facility manager is making excuses for not coming as he knew it would take time.3. Whole Wall of bathroom has Seepage issue , and now I am living in one of most expensive building of JVC with so high management and has all yellow color seepage issue on my White across bathroom walls.Mr Sathiya is one of the most unreliable building manager here, he will only talk nonsene when you complaint about it. He said he will send the workers to solve it in day or two. ,Now its 4 weeks not body showed up.No replies on email. nothing happening.now I am thinking of filling a complaint with Dubai government in any way.AQUACOOL is nothing but their own company and they are falsely charging money . double the rate of usage than market,Super nonsense bills coming for chiller.

A beautiful Serene residential apartment in jumeirah village circle

I’m in love with the place, the view is amazing, friendly staff, lots of parking and two huge pools. Great location in JVC and easy access to Al Khail road 👍🏻

It’s very convenient to get out of the village, and it’s not a hassle to enter the village. The location is good, the rent quality is reasonable, the property fee is relatively reasonable, and the public area swimming pool is good.
