The worst management ever. So mean so rude so unprofessional people I wanted to repot them to police today …

Apartments and villas close to Dubai Mall and on the Dubai Canal. Free street parking. However Uber/Careem may not be able to find you as it shows it’s on the water and therefore not accessible but it is. It’s located just off Marasi Drive and your turn into the street from the set of lights. The nearest landmarks are Paramount by Damac and the newly built Radisson Blu Dubai Canal.

Why you Hire unprofessionals . They are so rude. Im. Giving it only because of your Star.

The building itself is good, had few problems in the appartment some have been solved by the landlord and some by the building management.But my main problem till now is the AC! Its not cooling enough and the maintinance team and the landlord say this is the minimum temperature to get (20 c)!And the other problem is a water leakage in the master bedroom and the land lord is insisting its not a water leakage 🤡🤓😅Giving 5 stars ✨ for the great and really friendly staff working there!

My home for the last 3 years. Great maintenance and facilities. The big problem is the building manager who ignores the rental LAW and makes his own rules. Solved with the help of Dubai police.

The appartments are lovely, pretty spacious. An the rooftop pool area is awesome! The security staff are super friendly and theres a little shop around the back that has a good selection of basic things.

Building in nice area with beautiful views and good facilities management, very nice swimming pool, easy enter and exit to Dubai mall and actually for any directions

The appartments are very silence and very confortable. 24H there is a security in the hall very friendly. In the rooft there also a swiming pool area.
