Ok so a we all know when you have a parking it is a normal thing to keep some stuff which you use for BBQ outside. I lived in different buildings for 21 years literally every 2 years we used to shift, but Ive never encountered such thing in my life which is my stuff being stolen from my parking! and when I asked for help the security didnt bother he just gave me a blank face! I asked him to check CCTV he said I cant, come on man, what if it was a thief coming from outside and getting inside the building because nobody is sitting outside most of the time! Because Im sure it cannot be the residents! What if that person is dangerous ?? Because if you dare to steal it means you dont care. Thats not something which you can ignore. No problem I dont want my stuff! But do you duty!! What if next time I go to my parking and that person is there and ready to steal my bag or car!!!! I just cannot wait for my contract to finish ..

Negative1. The tiles of the swimming pool is extremely dirty and disgusting. Way different from what is advertised.2. Security is never on the reception seat.3. The lifts are dirty and stinks at times.Positive1. Silent, even if there are kids. Neighbours are very respectful.2. No stinky smell in the hallway.3. Convenient, in front of the bus stop.4. Hallways are clean most of the time.I’m giving two because of the pool as some tiles are already gone and it is VERY DIRTY. It’s really disgusting to see.

Apartment Building with 1Bhk and 2Bhk available. Nice spacious apartment. Very high chiller charges compared to nearby locations and apartments. The Real Estate guys are not helpful at all and they charge less for New Tenants and higher rent for existing Tenants !Very poor customer service after you sign the contract. Nobody takes ownership of things here. Very poor maintenance and the cooling is worst during summer, but the bills are very high !Have been running a faulty actuator which keeps the meter running for chiller even though we dont use it ad finally after 8 months of complaining and emails it was replaced !
