Overall good building and spacious apartments. Awesome security. That’s an A+ in marina area. BUT: Sauna doesn’t work and jacuzzi too. My problem with this building is that I had very bad ant infestation indoors and outdoors. Indoors finally FOR NOW somehow handled but verandah not. It’s summer now so no ants but they HAVE to find where ant house is for problem to be solved. Also everyday In car parking I hv bird poop on my car. Management not solving this problem!! VERY BAD.

Horrible security and disgusting management. Just plain awful, and now the building is Just becoming sharing and Nasty security dont check, the building is becoming just like Pinnacle tower, and the management shows no care.

People that live in the building on Marina side are rude to the neighbors in other buildings. Always having loud parties in the balcony late at night and also using a BBQ on The balcony. Hope it doesnt start a fire. The security should also be notified.

A weird creature called Noru lives in this building. His breath stings so much. Dont forget to bring a mask when you come to this place. If you dont you might get fainted.

Famous EMIRATES CROWN! One of the juweles of Dubai Marina Development. It is still in MY top list. From day one when I entered this building, I was shocked by the size of the properties built by developer.2BR apartment + Balcony + Maids room - 2,615 sq.ft. 3BR Unit will offer you 3,800 sq.ft. with balcony, maids room and second huge Living room.Some units as 03 and 04 series have got and incredible view of the Sea and The Palm Jumeirah Island. The new attraction of Dubai is on the way as the biggest Observation weal in the world.Anyway I like this project, and believe me- There is no developers these days who build Apartments bigger then this Tower in entair Dubai Marina.
